not sure where this goes, but does anyone know how long it takes for support to get back to you? I’ve been sending emails for days and no response at all. Just wondering if I’m wasting my time trying to get in touch with them.

Support often needs more than just a few days to respond, due to numerous and/or difficult requests. If it's urgent, or the wait is getting long, I can show this to an admin.
