not sure where this goes, but does anyone know how long it takes for support to get back to you? I’ve been sending emails for days and no response at all. Just wondering if I’m wasting my time trying to get in touch with them.

Thank you so much for the detail! This review was so helpful. Yeah I ended up doing the tutorials at the last minute so I have actually reworked them into the story but alas that was after the deadline for the contest lol. Such a short time to get it all in :) I’m glad we were along the same thinking though. The church was god awfully designed lol. I didn’t even recognize it until some other people pointed it out which thankfully has been fixed as well as a lot of the other mapping issues I found and others found after the fact and I definitely agree I need to add some subtitles to the intro lol. I got a little ambitious adding my voice in there that I completely forgot those :p all of these comments though that you made are wonderful and make me really happy that you took the time to play it and point it out. I did make the map myself also with incarnate. It was actually based on a book I’m also writing :) again thank you for your lovely comments and your critical critiques which is great to hear to help me make it better! I appreciate it!
Thank you so much for taking the time to play. The demo is actually being reworked to get rid of the training area to make it more into the story and also opening the shops for the whole time. I had to close it due to story issues with the shop owner having a history with Owin which I didn't have time to explain in the demo, but all shops will be open at all hours in the full release. Again thank you so much for taking the time to play! It means a lot.
Kendallfire is right. Plus think a lot of games have one person who put it out. For me I was lucky to get my office and my friends to play and vote but I’m one person. Someone with 5 people working on it for example... well imagine they got their friends and family to play and only those people voted it would still outnumber pretty much all of us. Plus I mean like KendallFire said if you’re a good marketer you could have a lot of votes too. Nothing really to get around this. I’ve found I’m atleast just enjoying seeing all the different games and ignoring the voting. The ones I’ve played I find the ratings really don’t reflect the quality. Some of the best I’ve played on here so far have some of the smallest number of ratings.
aside from some weird text issues and some lag which totally could have been my computer, this game just looks so good. Your menu is so beautiful and you can tell you put a lot of work into the aesthetics of this game. It really stands out. I hope to definitely see a lot more from this game in the future!
honestly from what I see there’s pretty much no chance of any of us winning this without already having a following. It’s a popularity contest. I’ve reached out to everyone I know but in the end the winner of peoples choice will most likely be established with an already fan base. Oh well what can you do lol.
I have a question about updating your game after the submission period. I know you said you can't change the download file, but you can update the game info page, what about adding another platform? For example if I wanted to add a platform for mac. I just noticed some people in the submission feed have added windows that only had another platform before so I just wanted to check if we could do this.
Played through and was not able to replicate. It took to the inside of the church like designed. If it is in reference to the door not animating opening it was designed that way with the tileset. I will add the opening to the bottom so you aren't standing on the door and it looks more realistic. Thank you for your feedback. :)
