Pitching Game

Hi everyone, this is my second dev log. During this week's team meeting, we brainstormed and decided on the themes of AI work environment and AI ethics for our game. The core gameplay will involve players embodying a busy lil robot guy tasked with responsibilities in a delivery room. We also deliberated on the specific roles of each team member, and I'm confident that our team has a well-distributed breakdown of responsibilities, with each individual bringing their unique skills to the table. Furthermore, we delved into the key messages we aim for our game to convey to its players and strategized on the methods of communication we'll employ. To ensure our game aligns with current trends, we consulted various simulation game statistics and looked into games with similar themes for reference. While the entire process was slightly more time-consuming than initially anticipated, we succeeded in compiling a comprehensive and detailed game document.

Hi! I love simulator games! I'm curious to see how your group will use the simulation mechanics to convey themes of AI ethics and spread a message or ask a question through that. It's a tough one to design and I'm excited to hear your plan!

Hi! I agree that it's a good idea to dig into some statistics and relevant research papers to better represent the game's themes and fine-tune the game mechanics. Even though it took us a bit longer to complete the documentation, we all had well-defined roles, and everything proceeded smoothly. This is a great start.
