Really cute, would be cool if you coudl drag and drop the card insetead of having to click on it and then click again.
We don't got enough time to work on the card system so it is kinda rough, we would have better time management for the next jam for sure! Thanks for liking our game!
I wish there were some sound effects to accompany the attacks but overall I enjoyed the idea of the game. I'd like to see more cards (obviously the trading not working probably hinders seeing some cards). I especially liked the fish AI and animation, it was really satisfying to fight them and see them twirl away, haha. Great work on the cat animation too! Not easy to animate a cat in water :)
yes! we for sure want to add sound effects, just got cut a little short on time. As for the trading, we made a really silly mistake and forgot to link the object to the script, fixed this bug about 5 minutes after uploading was quite sad, but we had a few more cards to play around with, will hopefully be updating. Thanks for the feedback!
The mix of card game and survivor-like genre is pretty interesting, and I'd love to see it fleshed out more!

The card mechanic was a bit confusing, but I got it eventually. I'd like to see more cards in the future, as well as ways to dodge/defend the character!
Yes we're thinking of changing the action on how you play the cards as we got quite a bit of feedback on this. I think right now it just feels a little awkward to play and there isnt much player feedback for the actions, will hopefully be updating soon!
The claw motion looks like the cat stabs the fish! Amused me quite a bit and that lovely cat sprite is splendid! At first I thought I have to drag the card that it's somehow a slay-the-spire/fish combined with vampire survivors haha. Good work!
