I really liked the style, the music and the idea. And I love card games. So I played enough to write some feedback:
What would be nice to see improved:
a) Some cards (to the right) cannot be seen at all times. With this mechanic I want to know what cards I currently have without having to put my mouse over each one of them.
b) When mouse hovers over a card, that card moves to the new position, where mouse no longer hovers over it. That creates problems with pulling cards, does not feel good.
c) There is some bugs that prevented me from pulling a card after I got some cards from the library.
Thank you for trying the game!!!
Also, I am grateful for your feedback, allow me to adress it:
A. Got it- I think I can play around with the spread to maybe improve visibility.
B. Fair point. I have a few ideas on how to solve it.
C. Could you elaborate? Did you have issues pulling thecard at the same turn or the turn after it?
And again, thank you!
Really glad you like the music!
Huge improvement with the last patch. Really appreciate the effort on display here. Great game.
Thank you so much!! The improvement is thank to all the feedback, so many thanks for that as well.
A very interesting card game that puts a really clever spin on the theme. The card selection was a bit frustrating, as mentioned by others, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. Nice job!
Thank you! I'm glad my interpetation of the theme resonated.
Working on fixing and smmoothing card selection today - thank you all for bringing it to my attention and I'm glad you still enjoyed the game.
I would echo the previous comment almost entirely. This game definitely has potential, but playing it is difficult. The target colliders on those cards is a tricky thing to work out for sure, but I think I want to wait for you guys to smooth that out before I give my final rating because I really want to give this a 5/5.
Thank you vry very much!!
I plan on fixing the card selection process (as much as I can according to Jam rules) today. Will upload an updated version once I'm done
Probably my favorite so far, really creative interpretation of the theme.
The gameplay may be simplistic but I really like the athmosphere you're setting up, it's a great blend of ambience and gameplay, especially liked how the rules could bend between stages.
My one complaint may be how clunky it feels to search through your cards.
First of- thank you very much!
I'm glad you liked it, and I'm glad my intentions for atmosphre went through (in no small part due to TurtleBox great tracks :))
Thank you for your feedback - working on fixing this issue today.
