Great game!
Fantastic vibes. I loved the first two thirds, and how the storm lighting complicated the movement.
The last third I started to get frustrated. I’m not sure if it felt like I jumped too high compared to how long I held the jump button, or if it was the very narrow window of how long I had to hold it to make some of the jumps.
But I finished with about 30 seconds to spare, so maybe it’s fine!

The magnifying glasses were supposed to be the clues, which would buy you some time to find the evidence.
I wanted to add an indicator that they gave you 30 seconds more, but didn’t have time for that. Maybe in an update I will add that.

I solved the crime! With a swirl, a broken heart, and a knife? My best guess would be someone stabbed a loved one in a drunken rage, but maybe I'm reading too much into it.
I do think it got a little too precise for my liking around the broken heart section, but not too bad.
I liked the dark & lightning effect, for sure.

The swirl is supposed to be a hair of the criminal, serving as a DNA sample. But I wanted to leave the crime story to the player’s interpretation, so maybe it is a swirl haha.

Ahhh... that makes much more sense than a loose metaphor for alcohol. It did get my imagination running, though, so credit to you for that!
Great balance between fun and challenging, art is awesome and feels great on both keyboard and controller!
