Thanks! I appreciate you playing again, Im really glad you enjoyed it more post fixes!

I learned a ton on the process and will be taking that forward into future projects, but I think the core premise of this project is flawed in that it's basically a guessing game. I posted the assets I used as a pack if you want to use them in a future project for anything! Thanks for the feedback again!

thanks so much for playing and the kind words

Thanks for playing and glad you enjoyed!

Very cute, I'm surprised you all had enough time create it, so polished!

I can't believe you made this in 2 days, incredibly impressive and polished.

Nice cute little game, a little fiddly but I enjoyed it a bunch.

This is a killer idle game idea especially with a bit more development.

I like the ascii art and the overall concept, other than the menu glitch the game was great!

nice little shoot'em up, I didn't quite follow how the leveling worked though

Amazed at how much polish you added to this game in such a short jam, great job!

this is a hilarious concept, great job !

I love the idea, it was a great take on the theme and a cute story concept. I with they had the faces from the cover art were on them and if they showed emotion when they hit the ground or if you messed up.

Love this game it takes me back to the best of flash games, great job!

I love style and the late 90's techno it takes me back to being a kid at the arcade! I did get a bug where it would only load a couple of segments and then stop, I'm not sure what caused it. Overall, killer job!

I like the simple concept, I will say it's a little easy to get stuck right now, but overall I really enjoyed it

nice game on such a short time scale

Yeah, we spent most of the time trying to finesse the controls and grappling hooks are just hard. Thanks for playing!

thanks for playing, I agree that it would be a good idea to have scoring!

Great job, I didn't have fish survivors on my bingo card! I do think in the future maybe a little more polish on the ui would be helpful as it's a bit hard to read at the moment.

I agree with the other comments that this would be a great rage bait game, good job, I was mad 10/10

Nice thought to use fractals, it's a solid little tower defense

This might be the best game in the jam, I'm incredibly impressed by the polish you put into every aspect.

makes sense I appreciate the feedback!

no problem, I made a similar game a few jams ago and bashed my head against the wall making it  pick off the top with an array system and the picking the last thing in the tree in the array, I was kinda mad when I found out that they just added a new functionality to 4.3 haha

Love this game it was incredibly zen, great job! I think the only piece of feedback was that I kept trying to grab falling rocks and couldn't which could be a bit frustrating

Impeccable, love the procedural animations and minimalist approach, this was a ton of fun!

Nice interpretation and an interesting puzzle design. One thought is, if this is in Godot (which I think it is), as of 4.3 you can now use a function to select only the top item. I kept grabbing more than one which made it a bit tough to finished the game. overall great job!

Thanks so much for playing and glad you enjoyed!

Thanks for play, unfortunately we ran out of time trying to finesse the movement, but definitely agree a counter would have been good to have

Thank you for playing! And man this feels like an achievement this my first fan art, thank you so much!

Would you mind if I featured it on the game page (with credit of course)?

Thanks for playing! What about the controls was frustrating, did it feel like it was unpolished/bugged or just the entire momentum based grappling felt bad?

Yeah, mostly the title and menus, I think they get a little washed out in the background and it's hard to see them, maybe using the color that you use when you hover as the base and the a contrasting color for the front when hovered would make it easier to read and spot what you want to do?

IDK, my thought was "what would a giant in the sky's living room look like?" Maybe you could decorate his living room or house after making the lamp or other household objects?

Like why am I making a lamp out of giant objects? Is it a homesick genie? Giant from jack and Bean stalk is a kleptomaniac? So many unanswered questions!

I love the idea, great take on the theme! If I was going to give some feedback, choose a pixel font to go with the art style better. I like the sprites but the default font throws me a little. you can get lots of fonts for free at Google Fonts or on Itch.

I can see what you were going for and I wish it was more complete so I could play through it, but regardless best of luck and hopefully I'll get to play a functioning project from you sometime!

One piece of feedback on what is here is trying to stick to a more consistent sprite scaling sizing to help avoid some of the scaling issues, but I really like the art!

I think this might be the first game I've played that's a fish based interpretation! I love the 1 bit game boy graphics and this feels like it would be at home on one of those little game&watch knock offs from the 90's early 2000's

Echoing here, but welcome to the jam world, congrats on finishing! I hope you keep doing them.

I think my feedback is that the game needs a little more feedback as to what is happening like when I hit people there is no bar to tell me that they are taking damage and eating there is no bar or blood effects or shrinking enemy to show that I'm making progress.

I like the animations, I really like them and I think that they added a lot to the game!

A side scrolling factory builder is an interesting concept, unfortunately I couldn't really figure out how to pickup or build anything :(

Interesting concept, i like the idea of mini games inside the mech, and I love the spiriting and animations! besides the other feedback, I'd recommend choosing a more contrasting color for font in the UI bc it's a bit hard to spot the options

Thanks for playing, I appreciate it, there a plenty of bugs, we spent most of the jam trying get the movement to work right and it was a tough cookie to crack as there aren't many Godot tutorials for grappling hooks.
