I'm glad to hear that the main feedback is that people would like to play more, haha.
I'm working on adding more levels, but in the meantime I've updated the main level to provide more ways to bounce, as that's definitely the best part of the game.
I like how you put constraints on how the ball behaves so as to take some control away from the player, making it more suitable for 1-button gameplay. I would suggest however to use a different button than the left mouse button because the mouse cursor is so strongly related to aiming.
I wasn't very good, but I had fun playing it all the same. My only criticism is that I sometimes found it a little hard to aim. Potentially adding a laser or something to more accurately launch balls would be a nice addition.
I do feel that the challenge of aiming is pretty important to the game, but I could definitely imagine a world where I add a powerup that gives you a laser or something similar.
A good ole' classic. The sfx were pleasing. As most game jam games, I wish there were more levels, because this was a lot of fun. Thank you for the submission!
Thank you very much for playing! I'm glad to hear that people wanted to be able to play it more, so I'm definitely going to keep that in mind for the future.
There aren't dead-zones so much as there are times when the ball can bounce between two walls in rapid succession. The clarity of the number of bounces the ball has is certainly a sticking point for me, and I'd like to improve it in some way.

I had to try again, but I did it, score 135600! :)
I’d like to see another level where I could try to make the ball bounce more against blocks :)
Wow, nice score!

Thanks a lot for your feedback and for playing.
That was fun! I like the bounce limit as a constraint.
Nice job!
Thanks for playing.

Thank you for playing my game!
You raise a very good point about the mouse. I have added the spacebar as a method to fire as well.

I love breakout/arkanoid variants!! And the idea here is pretty clever.
With a 138000 score, I guess I'm not a champion, but at least I cleared the level ;)
Could you maybe make the spacebar a possible alternative to launch the ball?
Congrats!!
Nice concept, easy to play, fun and even addicting. I don't really have anything negative to say, well done =)
Thank you for your kind words, and of course thank you for playing! :)

nice concept which requires some planning and thinking. easy to play and well implemented, good job!
Thank you for you feedback. I'm very glad you enjoyed it.
131300 is my best, I'd love to see another level!
Thanks for playing!
I've toyed around with the idea for some moving targets as well, so a second level is certainly possible!
That or some unbreakable block placement? Cool keep going ^_^
132700 is the best I can do! I like the simplicity of the control and easy-to-understand action feedback.
I got the sense there are also “dead zones” where the ball wouldn’t bounce back, in addition to a number of bounces it can take. Is that right?
Thank you for playing! Glad you enjoyed it :)
