I just wanted to go on a stroll with my slime waifu, but alas it was never meant to be. I still hold out hope it was just messing around, and we're eating rhubarb pie on a sunny day somewhere.

Fun concept with good execution. I like all the effects and environments both before and after the climax event. I would say, that if you change the maze after the climax event, you should set a checkpoint there so that the whole game doesnt need to be replayed.

I enjoyed the story, congrats on the release.

I hold out hope too lol.  Thank you for playing and feedback :)

The visuals look great on this! I really love the pixel-art textures.  The web version also worked well for me (I used Chrome and it took a little while to load but ran smoothly after that). I like games that add a twist to the gameplay part way through :)

Interesting concept and presentation.

The fact that the maze changes to an unsolvable version detracts from the whole experience. What's the point of going through the maze if it's going to change at the end?

Developer

Thank you for the feedback!  The changing maze was meant to invoke a sense of distortion (an aberration in space). The maze is indeed solvable but if I update the game in the future, I will be adding more context clues to solve the maze after it changes.

Interesting concept! I like the low fidelity style as well. Couldn't figure out the right way back since I swear the maze changed haha

That was fun! The web version worked fine for me.

Great premise. Love the audio. Had to laugh when I got eaten. Nice job!
