Reminded me of Papers Please and I liked the feeling of being in the base with the camera shake when an enemy missile hits. Some kind of difficulty progression would help keep it interesting for a longer session (could do a day-by-day thing with new requirements each day like papers please), but this was a cool idea to play with in a few minutes. Nice work :)

Idea of making player process signals despite them being distorted

Pretty crazy that you did this in 3 days, looks great. I love the radar sweep animations and effects. The gameplay loop is nice, although sometimes I would send co-ords and seemingly multiple planes would be prompted to come in. I guess this makes sense but sometimes it's like a 50/50 on whether to shoot down a plane that didnt give a callsign.
Anyways I think the gameplay idea is very inventive with lots of ways to expand it out, if desired.
Congrats on the release
Thanks! I'm glad you appreciated the visuals, I spent quite some time on it :)
After some testing I was happy with "call all" / "invite all" system. It creates interesting situations when you have to guess, risk, or just shoot everyone for safety, as opposed to boring "check one plane -> go to next". It takes time to understand all possibilities though.
Really original concept, though the gameplay loop could use some more features. Well done!
the signals not matching perfectly makes it so much harder. Shot down a few allied planes.
It's a really cool project! I really like this type of gameplay where you control an interface with the mouse, it's simple but convincing
Cool concept! I got papers please vibes from the gameplay! I would love to see it ramp up in complexity as time goes on somehow. Congrats on the submission!
