This really has that "final moment to save the game/stock up on items before starting the boss battle  in a JRPG" vibe to it.

I can already feel that when the boss battle starts, those drums are going be kicking things up a notch 😁.

Good stuff!

Nice track ! Would work well in a boss fight, I really love that part from 1:16 to 1:30. A bit too ominous for a shop theme imo, but for a battle against the merchant I think it fits well ! Well done !

This is definitely the shop theme for the store before the boss in the shadow realm.

I really enjoyed the mixing in this composition! I love the harmony in the second section.

Obviously a bit too far from the shopping vibes for me.
However very close to the earthbound vibes.
I think the first part is a bit too long but part B is a very good complement, well composed.
Also the instrument choice, the balance between them, the drum writing etc is very nice.

Yeah once I saw Earthbound I kinda got excited and started like immediately. By the time I looked back at the prompt and realized it was supposed to just be a shop theme I had basically completed the track :P I wanted to make a version of this theme that was a little more appropriate, but I never found the time. But im still glad you like the track for what it is!

The panning instruments were a cool touch.
