I tried to run this from the project file but got a compile error.
So I won't be able to play and rate it unfortunately.
I am unable to play your entry. You have to make a game executable. I'm sure the organizers don't mind a minor update. You really should give it a shot!
What is out of the graphics looks pretty.

It's a win already that you created and did something! Very nice. Keep growing as a developer! Also you say sorry for no executable. Creating a straight executable or an installer is a bad thing anyway! Create the game zip from within Game Maker and just upload that without opening it.
