Hello Gymcrash. Errol has claimed the Pi 400, so let me know if you would like to claim one of the remaining prizes in the "placement" prize bucket, or if you would like to enter the participation prize draw instead? If it's the latter then there is no guarantee you will get the prize you are perhaps looking for but you will certainly receive a prize no matter what as there are 12 prizes and 12 participants.

Thank you so much, never thought I would place so high amongst all this quality we had!

I will DM you over twitter! Thanks again!

Really original gameplay and very well done atmosphere!

I liked all the hacking and security puzzles, and I loved that you used overlays to have the player character shown moving about within the room.

Bit of a depressing ending for a Christmas game but it did fit with the game's story!  I got rank A - I'll go back and try again soon.

One of my favourite.

The theme interpretation is very clever, and the game had a “real game” feeling as opposed to an interactive fiction (which is not a good or bad thing, but it helped distinguish it against the other entries), with the different gameplays and the character moving within the rooms.

Christmas-wise, I think it worked well? While I’m not sure I fully understood the ending, I found it kind of sad, but if fitted well with the overall mood.

A great entry.

This is a fantastic take on Santa's operation portrayed as a commercial business, but with the added twist of cyberpunk which you've somehow made fit perfectly. I was a little disappointed that there doesn't seem to be more than one way to end the game, given the circumstances. Perhaps there is, and I just didn't find it, but the responses that the game gave me to my attempts made me think otherwise.

It's a very small thing, but the grading system is confusing to me. I got an A rank on my first playthrough, and on my second playthrough the only things that I consciously did differently were to go faster (obviously) and to deliberately leave my vest at the delivery point, but this time I got an S rank. I had imagined that getting a better rank would involve doing something significantly differently. If leaving my vest behind was the key, the epilogue didn't seem to change in any way to indicate it.

Your graphics made good use of colour, and details were picked out recognisably, adding impact to your text descriptions.

Finished with rank A.
In a way it feels really co-christamassy, as that happy moment feels really bad in a dystopian world. But the story is interesting, and nicely delivered.
It feels you could give a bit more of the action context, whereas most of the context given is related to the cyberpunk setting (which is great!). For example, you start in front of the building. You could add something like "you just arrived at the delivery spot. Now you just need to enter it. Easier said than done, because sometimes these security systems will try to kill you".

The scanlines are a really nice touch :-)
Oh, and I see you only used the Pico-8 colours, and you did a great job with them!

Wonderful little game, and I've always liked the cyberpunk theme so it was fun to see it applied to the Christmas theme. Loved the little futuristic nuances you put in and alternate paths for puzzles is really cool. This was a lot of fun!

i liked the art and puzzles (the one that took me the most error was the cleaner one but it made sense when I found it).

the theme and ambiance made it seems a little non-christmassy but at the core it is (just cyberpunk style) and it was good to see it differently like that (secret packet delivery in robot/technological world).

I finished with rank S.

Playing it, I just had two small issues in the terminal: gist with transcript
