Nice game! Realy loved it! maybe try having a senetivity setting or lower it a bit. Overall great game!

I agree with what @fabioswan said here. The stuff you have works well, but it could use some stress element. Maybe you have multiple trucks and need to sort the packages by post code? Basically anything to add difficulty and decision making.

Nice job! The 3D environment is nicely done and the game works well. If you expand this idea in the future, it may be fun to have some stress on the player like a countdown for when the deliveries are due.
