What a chad move of making a multiplayer game for a gamejam! I'm actually impressed that you managed to make it work!

I've played with 3-4 of you for a while and it was really fun! (I was blue btw)

Great artstyle, chill music, MULTIPLAYER... Just incredible. I hope you will share your code later (or at least multiplayer library you used if not created youself), because it's just awesome!

Bevy spacewar go brrr...

I was red! Thanks for playing! We used bevy_replicon for the networking which is a really new library for Bevy: https://github.com/lifescapegame/bevy_replicon
Worked with them to fix several bugs during the jam and they were super responsive. Would highly recommend!

Thank you! I will look into it!
Had a blast playing with both of you!
(Also, input can be made a bit more sane)

Thanks everyone who hopped in to play a few rounds. I love the graphics, but was frustrated by the controls. I think this would fun as a ".io-style" game.

Took installing some extra libraries to get it working on Linux, but once I got it working it was fun! Honestly I’m really impressed you put out a multiplayer game like this in such a short jam period, congratulations! I agree with the other commenter that perhaps a little more powerful thrust/rotation would make the game feel a bit snappier/responsive.

interesting idea. only tried with 2 players but I can see it getting really hectic with more. My one complaint would be the rotational momentum. It made things feel very unresponsive when trying to change directions.
