Definitely like the whole cops and robbers concept as a museum thief. Unfortuntely i dont think i received the full intended experience because there must have been some bug where i was unable to drop items nor see the value of each item.
The cops didn't pose too much of a threat, but maybe I'm just REALLY good at your game ;). loved how to foot steps changed when you got into the museum. The gameplay itself you could use some "spice" or excitement.
Nice idea. The concept of stealing as much as you can carry is very interesting. The controls made it pretty hard to do that though. Like other people have said, I think moving the movement controls over to WASD would do wonders. Also, the guards didn't pose much of a threat, even at 75/100 weight, you can just outrun them. Good job, though. I enjoyed it.
It's fun. I like the idea.
The controls could be a little bit better.
I can tell you worked hard making this game. Making a 2d isometric game is not easy at all. You even managed to made an inventory system, all in just one week. Good job.
I do have some feedback:
- Movement with W,A,S,D might be better since it's closer to the Tab button to open inventory
- Sometimes moving to certain direction can feel slower than moving to the other directions, making movement a little bit stiff.
its a good game but i think making the player be able to sprint would make the gameplay feel more Alive! and make the distance from spawn to museum more closer. Also i would like to move with WASD keys.
