I liked the trails and particles, cant made in time for my game, and the music

I think in a shooter the shoot sfx its a must, it adds so much to the game feeling, but surely was a time thing, congratz

Hi, nice effort.

Some of the graphical effects are really nice and I enjoyed the chip tune music.

I would like the background to scroll a bit to give more of a sense of movement - at first I thought I would be able to move in any direction and was confused by the lack of rotation and then asteroids came at me from the side which I thought was unfair - I couldn't shoot them! I also echo what others say about the connection to the theme being quite weak.

I'm really impressed with the art here for the ships. The meteors are a little out of place but it was visually appealing. The gameplay is rather basic and the theme isn't very strong with this. I also would've liked to been able to chose when I shoot so I can save those ships which drop the blue orbs. The movement felt good though and I overall enjoyed the game.

The movement and swooshing trail that follows you are great! It a pretty fun arcade game, we made something similar. Great minds think alike! Great work! 

Not a great menu, but thats minor stuff. I really like the player sprite, but the asteroids looks a bit out of place in comparison to the player. And the controls are soooo satisfying it's unbelievable.

edit: great job with the music.

I wish the game incorporated the theme in a more creative way, not just giving more score when you have low hp

Also, asteroids spawning offscreen is not really fair, you should have given some proper warning signs for that

But anyways, nice job on graphics and controls :)
