I really hope this game gets updated with some screenshake, enemy knockback, blood particles and better weapon sounds / descriptions because I had plenty of fun playing as is but could have had WAY more fun with those.
Cool game and game design, although I found it hard at the beginning to eco some cash. Good job for the game jam 👏🎉!
Cool Concept! Hoping to see some future updates...
Had a lot of fun with this! It was hard to stop playing
Really nice game! I love the idea. Simple, intense, strategy, and complexity all in one! Art and visuals are nice touch. Love to see future updates.
Since I found someone who is similar to me and is interested in this system of games, I hope that you will try my game and give me your opinion on the game mechanics and how they can be improved, because at first I thought of making my game a calm wave system and a zombie wave system, but I combined them together.
I had a lot of fun playing this, especially once I got the uzi upgraded! A visible ammo count would have been nice.
The different guns were fun to use, and it is really satisfying seeing the enemies' health go down! Although I think the bullets and reload bar could be tweaked to be more visible. I didn't notice that it was there until after the first few waves.
It took me a bit to realize that the best strategy was to let the barricades get destroyed and focus on getting a good gun. The leaderboard at the end tempts me to try to do better, though. Edit: came back to it, realized that uzi is OP once it gets upgraded to be a 1-shot-KO. I figure I could have gone on forever, had enough health to tank everything
I liked it! The theme is not very well implemented, and it is ok. In the market, it let me buy two golden guns, but I just had one of them when the game started.
When I saw some barricades, I thought we could place more of them or even build turrets to defend the house. It could improve the gameplay time. Overall, the game is fun to play!
Also, it is great to know someone uses Godot to develop games.
