I loved the mechanic, so original and unique, and the hand drawn art and animations were impressive and must have taken a lot of work. Really impressed!
Really liking the artstyle, maybe the texts could've been in something alike 'drawn' fontstyles?

This is actually pretty addicting! Good work on achieving that! Nice looking visuals and audio too! My suggestion is not having the quit button in the main menu, I thought it was quit the upgrade menu and accidentally closed the game haha
Great game, great graphics. Ability to shoot to all other directions except where enemies were most likely coming was nice game mechanic. Good Job!

You keep the balance of "hurt" and "strength", which is the flash point of the game design!
One thing that I complain is that the "Quit" button in the equip board. I sometimes press that button by accident. You can move it to the corner or make another pause menu.
Overall, it's a great game! I really enjoyed it!
Really cool idea and the graphics are super cute too! I found it really hard though as I thought there were a little too many enemies, but maybe that was just me :P Anyways well done! :D I really enjoyed playing your game :)
This is a pretty good game! it's pretty hard to defeat aliens, don't get me wrong, but this is a really good concept. and I personally love the fact that using a ballpoint pen was a creative act after selling your tablet. Noice job!
Liked the music and style, good looking, nice, fun to watch and hear. The mechanic of recieving abilities in exchange for loosing a "life" is creative and rare. The tutorial (how to play) is a thing which I complain in most of games - wall of text. I (and I think most players who have first contact with a game like this) cannot focus enough to even read the tutorial, not to mention remembering all the information at once. Good for You, you divided the tutorial into divided, highlighted sections, which made whole "how to" a bit cleaner. In-game UI is also very intuitive, despite not using the same graphic style as rest of the game.
thank you so much for the feedback. I had planned an entire interactive how to section but for some reason i coildnt make the text scale well with the many monitor sizes basically everything misaligned so I scraped the idea. I also though about hand drawing all the letters in the alphabet to keep ir consistent but didnt have time for that. Glad you enjoyed the game and the graphical style!
I enjoyed the hand drawn graphics, they are really cool. I think it is weird for there to be a quit option when you open your upgrade. I thought that was just the close shop button but it closed on me. Otherwise its good little game, has nice upgrades and have a good time fightin' baddies!
