Nice game and good work for the week. I liked the graphics for the character.
At this stage, I'm not sure if you can fall into the 1-block lava pits. I jumped over the wide pit, but I think the digger was so scared that he just ran straight across the smaller ones :-)
Pretty fun game. The gameplay is easy to get into and the mechanics feel pretty solid. I also really like the effect that plays when you die. Solid all around. Please give my game a try too :)

Fun game! You have some solid platformer fundamentals going on and I like the urgency from the lava (which comes from the top, also different and cool). I think things feel a little "floaty" and the player could be heavier but that stuff can all be fine tuned into oblivion. Good job!

I am working on a new update with changes in the controls and more features.
the game is pretty good. but the controls need a bit of work. for a game that has a lot of falling this one has a low gravity. one of the elements that makes a platformer feel like it has responsive controls is fast falling and fast jump ascend. the graphics are pretty good and the music is decent but the starting part is a bit eary.
overall this game is really good! i would like a little bit of random generation but hand design is good as well 8.5 / 10

This one is one of the games i liked the most in this gj. Very nice art work and player animation. The music fits very well and the difficulty level is just right. It would look nicer if there were cracks in the ground while digging and also the jumping is too high i think.

simplicity here is a big advantage. I think you could add some content like enemies or more digging but overall its very pleasent expeirience.
