This is amazing for your first game! First time through I was really surprised by how good the art is! The sounds are really satisfying as well. And just a suggestion, but I would love to see a stronger puzzle feel to this game. I think you should do so by emphasizing the importance of hole-drilling, make the player really think "What is the best place to drill a hole in this situation?" and make that thought process the focus of the gameplay. Nevertheless, amazing first game!

Wow, I cannot believe this is your first game, seriously, this is a fantastic first game.

The pixel art is great, combined with the lighting, it makes for a cool dungeon experience.  Also, the dim lighting also adds to the gameplay as the holes are not immediately visible, forcing you to be cautious of where you step.

The music and sound effects are appropriate and are quite whimsical and comedic, accentuating the humorous situation of using holes to defeat enemies.

Only complaint is that the checkpoint system is a little too brutal, as dying will set you back quite a ways back.

Considering you made all of this in 7 days for your first game, this is some crazy amount of talent. All in all, fantastic work, I will be lying if I said I am not a little jealous of your talent, hahaha.

I thought that this game had a great idea and pretty good execution. Being able to big a hole in the ground and have enemies just fall in was satisfying and enjoyable. The art and music were very nice as well and overall I thought that this was a pretty good game!

I think this is my favorite game from the jam so far. There are some really cool mechanics at work, I love how satisfying it is dropping four enemies into a hole that I dug and love the push (which I think could be just a tad stronger). The animations are really nice too, all around great work!

Fun game. Love the concept and the graphics, quite innovative. Could maybe do with some variation as it got a little old quite quickly but overall I think it's a great effort.

Very interesting. The graphics are amazing. Hard to tell this was made in a week. Everything is placed well and the ability to create holes is fun. Amazing game.

Really clever game design with the hole digging and luring monsters into the holes.  It was fun when the level ended in such an epic way haha. The little flash push skill was interesting to use defensively and offensively. Super awesome pixel art!  I like the music and the monster falling sound the most.  Great job submitting a game to the jam!  Please check out mine when you have time :)
