In what way does your game fit the theme?
Users can manipulate time with a variety of controls, including rewinding, scrubbing, freezing, or adjusting playback speed. Otherwise this is a relaxation and meditation toy that has no true gameplay or challenges. Please enjoy whatever you take from it.

Did you write most of the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
I built the engine specifically for audio projects like these. Its sound and graphics are procedurally generated in real-time. The source code is available from the project page. This submission is also an entry for LOWREZJAM 2020, hence the 64x64 resolution.

I love how relaxing it is, plus I think it is really cool that it was made for multiple jams!

Wow this is really cool. I'm more curious how you got the audio to adjust like that seamlessly. Very cool.

Thanks! I go into more detail on my LOWREZJAM submission page. Maybe I’ll write a blog too. Basically each chord is derived from some 1D noise fields, and their notes are positioned randomly on a 2D stage. Time traversal is just moving up and down a z-axis and crossfading the stages based on where you are. It’s like riding an elevator.
