Interesting take on the theme. A bit glitchy though. Had some issues with hearing the voice, maybe this was because of the volume of the clock ticking)

Developer

when designing the audio for the game. my headphones were a bit loud. I didn't realize until after the jam just how quiet the audio actually was.

I like the atmosphere a lot. The idea is also original! Unfortunately it glitched on me when trying to sort the tapes.

I like the take on the theme - unique for sure and giving it that noir-ish feel to it trying to uncover the mystery is a nice touch too

SNAP! We made a game where you have to solve puzzles by listening to cassettes too! It's always cool seeing how other people take different approaches to similar ideas. Unfortunately I haven't captured the cassette killer yet but I'm definitely going to return to this. Really creative and enjoyable submission!

So much fun! We both lost it laughing at the end, well done :D

Also, very well written story and the voice acting was great!

I had a hard time at first because i almost didn't figure out that i had to hold space bar to play, but after that it was really cool, i liked so much the tapes recording and the ending was unexpected jeje, With an actual timer putting presure it with be even cooler. Great game.

I couldn't hear the tapes properly but other then that and the tape glitch, the aesthetic, game play and story were all very interesting. I couldn't beat it though since I couldn't understand what to do, but it was good!

Developer

thank you for your feedback! you have to play the tapes using the spacebar (hold it) and find the clues to place them in order in the next screen!

I figured as much but I must be had the volume too low because I couldn't hear anything, but thanks for the advice I'll give it another shot!

Developer(+1)

yah low volume was a big complaint I have had. Haha after the jam I’m gonna go back fix my bugs and be done with it

This is probably the most unique game I've played so far! I really enjoyed solving the mystery. Only bug I found happened when placing tapes on top of each other in the cassette player

Developer

thank you! I appreciate the feed back

NICE ONE. I was really intrigued by the story line and piecing together the tapes was really fun

There was one major bug in the part where you place the tapes in order though. Two tapes would somehow start trying to fit in the same slot and both would glitch out. Also The audio volume is way too low. i had to use headphones and max the volume to understand everything

Developer

Thank you, I am aware of the bug but it was something I couldn’t figure out how to fix haha and I appreciate the feed back!
