I saw you only missed one rating to be eligible so I checked it out. I had a lot of fun, I especially loved the arenas, they gave me a hard time. Well done really fun!
Thanks for the feedback! I'm glad you liked it!
Since there is also a focus on parkour in this game, the movement is way too slow to accommodate that. A good example of parkour fps would be KARLSON. However, a game like that, or any good parkour fps game, is impossible to make in a single week. I think parkour fps is generally out of scope for a game jam, so next time you should probably choose something which is easier to make, such that you have more time to polish it. However, based on what you did manage to create in a single week, I think you did a very good job.
I'd really appreciate it if you would have a look at my game as well, and be sure to download the smaller version :D
There where a lot of difficult jumps and it does not feel fun to play due to the velocity of the movements, the rewind effect is very good though
I was hoping to do some difficult jumps for people to use the rewind, but thanks for the feedbak though!
When you said standard FPS and parkour game with a rewind feature, I thought it would be closer to the parkour side, and I never really felt the need to rewind except for one jump that I needed a couple attempts at. I do like the Superhot like visuals though!
Cool and fun. Superhot vibes and a good rewind feature.
i had fun playing this and shooting down enemies, i think the player movement needs improvement and also the jumping isnt responsive enough. I think you should an allowance of when the player just got out of the ground he still can jump.
Thaks for the feedback! I'll still work on it when the jam finishes!
Nice game, could have done more with the rewind...like rewinding enemies if you give them too much time. Now the only place to use rewind was in the jumping. Graphics could use a bit more. However, indeed there is potential.
The game definitely has lots of potential. Even though I've seen many FPS entries, I found yours to be very appealing to me. Great job!
Thanks or the feedbak! I'll still work on it once the jam has finished
Pretty cool, reminded of Superhot :)
It reminded me of Superhot! It was pretty neat, I thought movement was a bit sluggish though.
great game i really like it the time tracking feature in the main menu is really neat great game overall
Thanks a lot!
Greatly implemented rewind system! The movement feels a bit stuttery though. I'd also recommend changing the crosshair to something smaller. It would be nice if bullets would also be affected by the rewind.
Thanks for the advice! I'll try to improve it!
Cool Implementaion! Glad to play a FPS game :D. but the mouse control might be a little too much ( maybe its on default thats why) and the bullets are travelling a little slow..? other than that good game! good job! :D
yeah had to do slow bullets because i was running out of time and the enemies would be too op
ah, you could change the sensitivity in the settings menu
I played through I like the game and I think the rewind system was very well implemented :). Also completing the levels gives satisfaction. One thing I realised is that I can many cases shoot through at least the corner of the walls which makes it easier to kill the "most dangerous" enemies which would be a supris when I get there. Not sure if that is intended or not. I also liked the arena modes. With some music and a bit better AI this could be a nice stress-realising FPS game :).
yeah i saw the bug too late but im happy with the result nevertheless
