Nice sprites, I really enjoyed the visuals. The font was a bit hard to read.  The rewind mechanic is really fun and expands on the stealth genre. It's fun trying to lure the enemies outside of their room and then sneak past them unnoticed. Good job!

I always enjoy a stealth game and the stealth in this game is simple but easy to follow which is always a plus. The font makes it hard to read for me so I would recommend a different typeface. I think I died like 5 times on the first mission alone just to get my bearings and I kept thinking that the intel was in the one of the rooms and not actually on the guards themselves.

However, I was so focused on the stealth and the shooting that I played for a  while before remembering that I can rewind myself which did not feel too intuitive or all that necessary early on. Maybe that's something to work on. Meaning, making it so that on the very first level I have to use the rewind mechanic to teach the player when and how to use it

Very cool game. The amount of gameplay features and AI polish is incredible for a week long jam. Also, the settings are very detailed and well made. The game is really fun. However, if I could critize one thing, the rewind mechanic doesn't really work sometimes, and stops way before it can help me in any way. Other than that, great game!

Things I liked

  •  The punny name
  • Intro music
  • Fox AI are pretty well programmed and love how take take the briefcase if they find it laying around their dead comrade.
  • Different enemy types and their FOV
  • Some story was good
  • Character has to rely on stealth (I'm not very good at it)

Improvements

  •  The tutorial was a bit hard as I couldn't kill some enemies so I had to opt out to play on easy.

Great game, I didn't find any bugs. Was short and sweet and found the difficulty option very helpful.

Here is a video I made if your interesting

The game looks good and is fun to play! It was a little tricky but stealth missions aren't really my thing, so you don't lose any points for that. The AI seems smart and their intentions are clear with the vision cones and the ? and ! symbols. I really liked it, good job!

An awesome game! Finished it & enjoyed a lot. The mechanics need a bit of balancing, though: I figured that the simplest tactics is to just kill all enemies from a long distance & didn’t really use the rewind feature. I think some background music would aid the atmosphere. Everything else in the game is very nice, awesome job!

(btw try & rate mine if you like arcade shooters)

Very nice game. It felt very polished and fun!!

I do agree with what Stanley said. Having to engage in in a gun fight was defeated the purpose of stealth. I was playing on a touch pad thou. But a good workaround to keep the rewind necessary is to have one hit kills with a melee attack. So those enemies that you can attack from the back can be easily killed and the gurds that are usually in corners would need to be lured out with the rewind.

Eitherway, I really did enjoy  it!!. Nice job!!

Really unique game. Seems really polished! Also it reminded me a little bit of my own game haha, which is a cool coincidence! I liked the graphics, UI design and of course the gameplay felt really good. My only critisicm is, that all textboxes reappear after you died, that was a tiny bit tedious haha, overall really nicely done!

This is a really nice and polished game. The game looks great. The vision cones work well. You have nice indicators for enemy states. Really well done.

There is only one, unfortunately really big problem. There is no way to kill/take out an enemy without getting into a gun fight. This really defeats the purpose of a stealth game. A good way to solve this might be to make enemies 1 hit kills if you shoot them from the back.
The problem might not have been as big, if you could just evade most of the enemies. Unfortunately, it's necessary to kill the guy with the briefcase. He has killed me multiple times, even when I approach him from behind and get the first shot off. Due to this, I was not able to complete the tutorial, nor the first level.
It's really disappointing that this problem exist, as it basically makes the game unplayably punishing for me, while I think it would be a really great game otherwise. If possible, you could put a link in your game's description with a fix for this? Because I would love to play the full game.

I'd really appreciate it if you would have a look at my game as well, and be sure to download the smaller version :D

Edit: I tried putting the damage settings as easy as possible, but it's still too punishing for me.

Thanks for the feedback! I had thought of adding something like that to the game, but I ended up discarding that idea since it would make rewinding less of a prominent mechanic. I play tested each level to make sure you could finish it without taking out any guards (except the briefcase carrier). A tip would be to alert a guard from one side of the doorway and be able to rewind to the other side. This should allow you to move through the doorway without even being shot at. Also take note of where they became suspicious of. That would be the last place they saw you or the last gun shot they heard. They will always move towards that spot without looking back until they arrive. Hopes this helps, and I will totally check out your game!

Impressive! I loved the A.I and their different behaviours (I had a real surprise when i saw one of the enemies getting the suitcase xD)! The graphics and the concept are also pretty cool.

Great work! :D

Really fun game. Nice to combine this with a spy concept and ofc groundhogs. I mean, come on, how can you not love this?

Nice little game!  I love the cute little groundhogs xD.  However, the controls were a little confusing at first.  But still, great job! Feel free to try my game out, i have pretty few ratings right now. Thanks!

I really like this concept and think it was well executed given only a week to complete. My only complaint is that I had to adjust my resolution to be 16:9 to see the dialogue and the font was difficult to read. Great work overall!! :)
