In what way does your game fit the theme?
As you play the game, your must pick skills to rewind. This will decrease the power of your character as your progression rewinds back towards a starting level.
Did you write most of the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
I wrote all of the code by myself. I created some of the assets such as characters and weapons. Tilemaps I purchased about a year ago.

Nice game, the main player, enemies art are not good as the timemaps .You see the difference..

Felt like a good and fun polished game all in all. Maybe the graphics were a bit lacking in terms of UI, exit tile, buttons etc. Some progression would be nice to see. I had no idea when the boss would come out. Maybe add a progression bar or tell in the beginning the room where the boss will be.
Super fun game!!!! Made it to level 13 and got insta-destroyed lol.
I found a bug... when choosing cursed bow after dying, the game frezzes and there's nothing you can do.
Thanks for the feedback! I've been made aware of the bug but it so far appears to only effect some players on some breakthroughs. It will be fixed in the post-jam version!
Pretty neat game, though I struggled quite a lot later and didn't feel a sense of progression. I had no idea how long this game is and ended up giving up at level 12. It would be good to give a sense of progression and achievement to the player.
Thanks for the feedback! I considered putting a round amount at the bottom but decided not to at the last minute. That is something I can re-add in the future.

Nooo, game crashed when I accepted the bow curse! BUT, dig the game. Like the idea of having to give up items. Thanks for the game.

Memory is rough, but I recall I was a number of stages in, I died for the second time and choose to accept the bow curse in order to get back in the action (first time I choose). When I came back the whole game just froze up. Just tried again and it didn't happen, so some special combo must have done it. Sorry I don't have more for you.
I appreciate it! I have a general idea on what it could be. I think that the game trigger the game to pause twice but only released one of the pause states to resume (the back end code for this is a hot mess). I'm trying to recreate it to patch it fully. Thanks for letting me know!

The game is kinda fun, becoming progressively weaker is interesting, but the fact that every level gets more enemies and decrease the spawn time for them, plus the progressive weakness, makes it too difficult in later levels.

Loved the gameplay and the simplicity of the mechanics. Gets tough for sure, I made it to level 11.
i liked the idea of rewind the skills!
but it get too hard from lvl 12.
and make the decrease amount for things lower cuz it so high.

Thanks for the feedback! Length was something I struggled with very much, I have some ideas for how to fix the balancing issues in a post-jam version.
Ok so I played through a lot of levels and I gotta say, it is really fun killing those enemies. At the start when I felt invincible, killing those enemies was kinda addicting. The art design of the characters were ok, but the environment was really nice. The music and sound effects worked really well and was quite enjoyable to listen to the bows fire and swords clash. Great job on this one!
