In what way does your game fit the theme?
you have to collect the souls of other ghosts to become strong enough to return to defeat the bad guy.

Did you write all the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
yes, all assets are from scratch (including music my apologies)

These surreal graphics blew my mind. Love the strangeness of it all, including the sound effects and music and story(???). Could use a lot of tightening up re:collision and controls.

This game has a unique and beautiful style!!!

Also would be cool if you checked my game :  https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-5/rate/927654

It's about a virus living inside a human's body!!!!

Very interesting graphics, and very impressive that you did all of the assets yourself in just one week, good job)

If you don't mind, I'll be glad to hear your opinion on my game)

Wow interesting making a stop-motion game, that has potential! You should expand and add more characters and clay based effects. I do think the music could use a bit of polishing, it sounds like a song but then kind of cuts out.

I really love the art style you went with for the game. The Game itself is a bit buggy, but that's ok for a 1-week jam game. Nice Work!

Hey there,

This is the first time i've seen this kind of graphics, really unique in a good way. Kudos on the effort you put into making them.

Just a little concern on the collisions and controls of the game, a little bit stiff. The music was a little bit random, but I would say that this is a win because you still made it by yourself!!!

Congratulations on submitting your game. Cheers!!!

The look is certaingly interesting, the UI could use a little more work at the start and the second candle was a bit buggy. It would also be nice if the controls for going up the candle were explained in-game. But other than that, it's pretty good

I really liked the look. Definitely not something I had seen before. I got a game breaking glitch on the second candle. I couldn't go up.

Funny game, I liked the fun aesthetics and sounds, really in the vibe of gam jams :) the jump on lamp smoke is a bit hard though..

For my game, it is all about discovering how particles and atoms are made, based on real physical data :) I had a problem with the build, here is the fixed one, find all infos in description and please rate it and give me any feedbacks :) https://lacrearthur.itch.io/univeria

It’s a pleasant game to play, except some collisions and stacks create problems. Clay art look cool (like big teleports, that make atmosphere), but too cubic in the back. Good for the first run.

I really like the way the game is looking and the mechanics, do you think you are going to continue with this project??

I think I am going to take the assets and try to make something closer to an RPG next.  I definitely need to work on the collision detection on tiles. I think that was the reason the jumping could get clunky. Thank you for playing!
