As you grow strong so does your enemy. And you work in tandem with your familiar without whom you would not be able to defend your self; hence you are strong with your familiar.
Did you write all the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
I made all assets excluding the music for which is credited within the credits page.

Great Game! I loved it
Nice game. But I do not know how that fits the theme.
You take control of a familiar who lights up the fiends in the darkness to allow the hunter to destroy them to rid the world of the darkness.
Aside from that the hunter is unable to move so you have to cary the ammo to him so that he doesnt run out of ammo and dies.

Cute, polished little game. The slow movement of the player takes away from the action, but other than that, great job!
Thanks. I implemented an upgrade system to upgrade turn speed. I will make it more visible on the next iteration.
Good art and atmosphere! Player movement was slow, but that made it more challenging and tense. What determines when the round ends? It seemed kind of random.

It was entertaining to play your game, as someone said below, it would be better if the ammo hitboxes where bigger, also I think the rotation is a bit slow. But overall is a good game for a Game Jam. Good Job

Thanks a lot :). Yea I definitely plan on updating it :) this was my first game jam too.
I like the game very much. Its a nice idea that you have to light up the monsters. Pacing is nice and it's a challenge to beat it.
Some tips for improvement: the collecting of ammunition and the lighting of enemys feels a bit unresponsive. Perhaps give them bigger hitboxes. In my first try i could not win because there didn't spawn enough ammunition.
