I really dug the music and the vibe of the game. I couldn't help but smile at the retro sound effects.
This was mentioned before, but I really would have loved if the player received some sort of reward for moving rather than staying still. Maybe some sort of collectable, or like a powerup, or something along those lines would have made a big difference to the experience.
Once I got the hang of it I found the movement to be pretty satisfying. Things definitely got chaotic pretty fast and I had a lot of fun playing your game. Great job!
Controls are hard. I mean that first acceleration killed me easily. I like the concept of the game, but dislike being shot at by things I can't see. Over the graphics were good and consistent. The gameplay look was ok. I feel like having bad controls isn't the only way to make dodging things chaotic and hard to do. Something as simple as destroying an object creates more smaller objects that can kill you would do the same affect of making it chaotic and hard to dodge. Heck the black hole could take the things that entered it and shot them back out but directly aiming for the player. Killing a ship could cause a bounty hunter, aka a harder ship, to spawn and hunt you down. Controls not work great while it makes it chaotic it also feels unfair as well and chaotic doesn't have to mean being lucky is the only way to play the game.

But I find games more fun if the meta is not to move as little to possible and instead fly around the screen so giving a little more power to the engines could help with that.
Good use of the theme and i like the visuals!
The ship feels quite slippery to maneuver, but that only adds to the "chaos" aspect of the game. Each run is short and fast, as you can only get hit once. The graphics look good, and the audio is on point. It's very satisfying to hear the feedback from shooting and destroying asteroids. Overall, a fun and great game!
