This game is really great for a gamejam of only 3 days. It felt great, the snappy piece movement was good and the music was also awesome. Graphics, Theme and Polish were all outstanding... I think the core game idea has already been done a lot of times though. Some minor feedback: it was not clear to me where the boats would go in the intersection piece and that the preplaced pieces were moveable execpt for the rotating last was a bit odd. Overall great submission.

Great game! The feel, look and sound of the game is really polished, wow. I did found the combo points and the choices a bit too hard to grasp when playing for a first time.

Liked the music and background! I don't wanna repeat the other comments too much but the game was indeed not that intuitive to grasp.

Great game for 2 days. I did get frustrated a lot because sometimes an obstacle sprite was used as background and sometimes it had a collider. I liked the music and art a lot

Yeah well, I have nothing but good things to say about the art, the audio and the general feel of the game. It felt really polished and the sound effects together with the controls were as good as you can expect. I did find myself stuck and had to restart the game because I later found out I first had to get a double jump and jumped a room at my right too early. I also think the game doesn't really fit the theme that well as I didn't get the feeling of going deeper into or exploring anything but this is obviously a really great game for 7 days...

Thanks a lot for your feedback! Yes I get frustrated with the puzzles myself lol... We wanted to add a top down view and make the puzzle stones and gaps more clear but we didn't have enough time to polish that aspect sadly. Bringing a 2D shuffle puzzle in a 3D game sounded fun at first but our implementation wasn't the best. You can play without suffocating by unchecking the checkbox in the beginning but that seems to not be clear enough as well. Thank you for playing for so long. (the timer is 15 mins:))

The game was cropped on my screen I think, the new dive button and 'you completed the game' text was only half visible. I really liked the difficulty and the way you have to explore. The art looks really good. Great submission!

I didn't realise this was a horror game. I thought I would get to take pictures of cute little fish. Anyways, the atmosphere and sound was on point, gameplay was nice. I sometimes couldn't move because the fish blocked the way.

Impressive game for 8 hours.

Yes I am aware of that bug. The game doesn't recognize that you completed a certain puzzle. Our bad.

I don't understand. If there is gravity, and the point of the game is to go down, then falling is not a negative but a positive. I seem to just float in the air when I fall untill the edge of some collider and you can just go to the end like that. Music was good.

I couldn't grab onto stuff because in the beginning you have to push away from the first piece of wood and it knocks me all the way to the side, and the grab arms were too short, that might just be me being bad at the game though. I liked the art a lot!

The art style and audio are great! I did find the gameplay itself to be repetitive. I liked the whales.

I liked all the low poly models and the background music. I did immediately seem to be able to abuse the shield by climbing on in and repeating that to get over the castle wall:) I stopped when I shot a deer with fire and instead  of it dying, I died... Cool submission

The soundtrack is a banger!

Wow! That's actually really impressive... I have trouble with some of the puzzles myself (the ones I didn't make) to collect all the gems.

I really like your take on the theme! The game art and audio are both top notch. I did find the gameplay a bit repetitive.

The game looks amazing, I liked the begin dive animation the most! The gameplay was a bit repetitive. The sound effects were fun.

I didn't really understand the concept or gameplay, I was just chasing some type of ball from building to building and afterwards I didn't know what to do. It's unlucky because I can see you spent a lot of time on this game. The water visuals are great and I liked the funny voice.

Yes the lighting is actually not as bright as it is supposed to be! thank you for your feedback

Well we did say just that:) I understand your point of view but we didn't wanna go the obvious route and interpret it as a countdown (what we knew would be done by a lot of people). In the end we got a game we liked what the goal was after all.

sidenote: we also have a great pun on the theme as our tagline "3 Phases 2 Protect 1 Planet!"

Thank you for your feedback! Deciding the size of the planet and modules was something we struggled with, it was hard to balance.

I like your take on the theme of the jam, really creative.

Feels like a great racing game. A great addition would be a map or arrow signs so that the player can anticipate turns.

Fun concept for a puzzle game!

This game is pretty damn cool. The music/sfx and art/animations sound and look amazing and the controls felt great. I did find myself abusing the rewind mechanic not to rewind myself but to 'place' blocks of myself to jump on and complete the levels (and skip the majority of the features in the levels what probably wasn't intended). Because of that, making the rewind times 3, 2 and 1 seemed pointless. Besides the level design, awesome game!

After I figured some of those things out, all the levels were good.

The gameplay is a lot of fun. I loved the leaf particles (of what I can only imagine is the fart) of the snail when it jumps. The sound effects and music are spot on. The map looks a little empty and the special surfaces could use some art/design. I liked that there were 2 jumps after a while so it doesn't get repetitive. One of the best submissions I've played so far!

Damn... I would give 6 stars on the art if I could. There are bots as well. I'm kind of in disbelief this can be made in 3 days... The tutorial and goal of the game was a bit too fast paced for me so I didn't really understand what I was doing but it looked absolutely amazing for a 72 hour game! Didn't know that was possible.

This game is really well done! The art and music are polished and the animations and gameplay are fun. I sometimes think the controls are a little bit clunky but it wasn't that much of an issue.

I liked the style of the game. The models and animations are really well done, especially the bomb explosion. I do miss some type of ending or finish for each level. In the last map I could just repeat the same movement pattern over and over without dying. Overall a great game:)

Great game! looks amazing. After a while it does becomes a bit tedious because I just found myself going left and right to wait for the charge. The sound effects were really nice.

I really like the idea of this game! I would add an explanation in the game instead of in the description because I only read it after playing (and completing it with trial and error) and working with RGB colors reflecting different laser colors is cool but I didn't realize that at first. I liked the particle effects of the laser. Great submission.

Generally not a fan of story-type games but this one made me chuckle sometimes:)

(1 edit)

The game looks polished and the controls feel nice and smooth. The audio and sound effects are fitting for the game and I think you used the theme in a creative way with the points system. The title doesn't scream originality though. I played 3 times against the bot and twice I got my ass kicked and maybe scored 1 or 2 points total but 1 of those 3 times the bot seemed to not work properly because it let every ball pass. But still impressive to implement a bot in a game of 72 hours. Great submission

The game does not seem to work correctly, adding explanations for controls would be nice

I got 42. Very intuitive and easy to play. The sound effects are fun. It looks minimalistic but the core mechanics are there and it's not clunky or unresponsive. Some more time spent on art and animations or expanding the gameplay would've been great but for 12 hours it's a good submission.

Great sound effect, great art, great title, great visuals, great animations, great controls,  great game in general. If only the last level would not make me want to bang my head against the table the overall experience would've been wonderful.

Original puzzle game, very cool. The game looks clean and polished. I like how when you mess up, the restart button is already highlighted before you fall down, makes me look like an idiot. The audio is really satisfying, lack of music is not an issue at all. Please tell me the pop sound when hopping is made with your mouth...? The title of the game does not scream originality though. I played until level 15.

It's a simplistic game with intuitive controls. I like the lights and neon so that it looks interesting without needing expensive game art. The camera shaking was a bit much though. And although there was also a hard gamemode, normal was already challenging for me because of blocky movement.  The tutorial and overall feel is really clean. Great submission!
