How does you game fit the theme?
It is not real... In fact, 88 of the 9 potions given are not real, they are poison! you must find the real potion out of the bunch!
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
All code was made from scratch by me, most of the assets were created by me as well. The background of the main menu was made by MGaraneau and the potion music was made by FernanYEA (both are credited in-game and in the description and got specific permission from both). The art was done by commission by MGalraneau, I asked for permission for the music and it was given. Thank you!

Cool story, made wish for more! Here's a link to my playthrough... https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1418903310?t=00h14m02s
Just followed! thanks for the playthrough! really cool to see someone play my game. If you want a game with a real story, you should check out my wizard's adventure 2d platformer! short 20-30 minute game but more fun and a lot more time went into it! if you end up playing it on stream let me know and I will certainly be there to watch!
Sure thing, thanks!
Congratulations on your 20th rating ;)
The visuals were pretty, the audio was also good but for me, it got a little bit annoying after a while. The gameplay is simple but enjoyable, there were cases where I really could not decide between the potions. Did you implement some method of increasing difficulty?
I did, the difference between colors was randomly selected on one of the 3 main colors, and that difference was shrunk each correct guess until a certain limit. I think you're right though, the limit I had was too small, not really possible, something to fix for next time!
Interesting core mechanic! I'm not sure I've ever had a game present me with this particular type of challenge, and I think you did an admirable job representing and executing this idea. Nice work!
Good take on the theme! It's fun and gets really challenging (I got 25 on normal mode and 37 on grey-scale). I love that you worked on the accessibility by adding different color modes! Well done :)
thank you so much! I'm glad you had fun! YOur best me and all my playtesters! None of us could get higher than 20! Congrats
Wow!
That was a fun and pretty game. Nice entry.
The graphics are pretty good, but it doesn't fit the theme. It is a complete game though which is good. Overall it's pretty good except that it doesn't fit the theme.
Fun and addictive! I love the audio effect for the bottle selection and the high score counter.
Your idea is so cool !! The graphics and music are superb too.
My best score in standard is 17 and 29 with greyscale mode (I know it was for the colorblind but I wanted to test anyway) by the way it's very nice to see that you have thought about accessibility in your game !
Really great work ! ;)
The graphics and sound are really cute, and I really appreciate the ability to turn the sound down. I'm not sure I understand the connection to the theme of "it is not real", but it's well put together :) well done!
Neat game. some were quite difficult!
Congrats on completing the game jam! I thought it was a neat little puzzle game. Definitely happy to have the ability to adjust audio volume and great job on including accessibility options, especially since your gameplay relied on colors.
I'm so glad you enjoyed!
Awesome little game! The idea of choosing the right poison depending on the color is a cool little idea, but it gets really hard after some iterations, which is perfect. I just can say that you did a great job here!
glad you enjoyed! When it comes to getting too hard I think I made the floor too low. When it changes color it has a limit to be .02 away from the color, something like .05 would've been better. Something for next time!
