Really well-polished game with good storytelling. Loved the mechanics and the visuals. Congrats on the submission🎉

The art is really amazing. I really like the feel to the game. The only problem I have is the controls. I don't think the left shift is the greatest button to push when dashing.

Awesome game!

This game is absolutely brilliant! You took a mechanic that was done to death (the "hover over something to see the truth!") and through the one simple twist of "what's invisible isn't real" you made it fresh, new, interesting and honestly quite clever. Bravo! AND you pulled the "it is not real, it's just a game" twist? AND, on top of all of that, you added well placed checkpoints?! Man, this game is an easy 5 stars for me. Amazing work!

The artworks are great and the general amount of polish behind this is amazing!

This is probably one of my favourite entries in the jam. I think you should consider making a full game starting with this after the jam's finished! (and if you do let me know)

Well done!

Very interesting game mechanic that makes for some challenging gameplay! Nicely done - congratulations!

Really nice concept and art. Controls are a bit too hard for me to do.

Very well polished game! From artwork, music to gameplay were very refined! Love the steampunk element on it. Game was pretty challenging too!

Very good. The story is cool. I really like the design style. Kind of an ancient Ritzy look. It was pretty challenging because platforms would disappear when the mouse moves along with the camera follow. This was especially hard when you had to jump from invisible platform to invisible platform.

Really cool concept would love to play more. The camera moving for some jumps makes it really difficult to keep platforms visible.

Really cool concpet! I like the animations and the dialogue portraits are also very nice, although the initial dialogue is pretty lengthy. Platforming is good in theory but the super strong gravity on the jump makes it pretty unforgiving. Definitely a cool concept though! Well done!

Developer

thank you for playing and giving feedback! we really appreciate it c:

This game is great! I love the art, especially the UI! The puzzles are fun and well balanced for the short game it is . The atmosphere at the end was really cool! I think I finished the game, I'm assuming the black part was the end? (trying not to spoil it for others :P)

The only improvement I can think of right now is in the dialog system. I'm used to being able to click when a text is appearing word for word, and then seeing the whole sentence. But here it skipped right to the next part of the dialog, so I missed a few things at the start. It's just a small thing though, well done!

This is a super cool concept! Can't think I can think off of my head something similar, really neat. Could definitely see myself playing a longer version of this. Art and UI is amazing looking

The graphics are beautiful and drew me to check it out. The controls are a bit unforgiving, but I like the concept and love the art.
