How does you game fit the theme?
The world is not real its a fantasy. Weak enough, but idea was to show smith as a board worker who imagined he was a lootsmith.
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
All assets & code made from scratch. music by polygon sounds from unity assets store.

Excellent forge simulator. https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-7/rate/1419032?after=20#post-5543877 rate my game
I love this game! Especially the variety of the things you can craft. The game was a bit confussing at first but i read the description on your page so i could understand it. I had a bug at deleting items from the inventory, which caused deleting only the texture witout the stats, so i always had to put a stick into the free slot to reset the stats. Also in the lexikon you could add stats to the items, because it makes a bit harder to get into it, for exemple when you hover the items it could show you the stats.
I was able to make 5 guests happy!
A very cool idea! I liked being able to try to balance the pro's and cons of using certain weapons, tools, etc. to find the right combination that will move them along. I ran into an issue a few times with the crafting menu's button for resuming isn't placed in the right spot so it caused me to quit the game which was unfortunate because I had to redo my progress. Also this game would massively benefit from a tutorial/way to know what each items is valued at. I like the art style!
If you could check out our game we would appreciate it! https://codydoerr.itch.io/hologuardians
Will do, Thanks for playing & the feedback.
The graphics and music are nice. It would be nice to have a tutorial or how to play page as well! Keep it up man
Nice game maybe domme more detail bit Gerry inprecif i gonne rate can you do that for me to?
Keep it up!
The art is very cool and the variety of items is quite big! I think a learning curve or a tutorial would be nice to teach the player about the systems of the game, but I know time wasn't really on our side haha Good job!
Sometimes when I press resume it makes me quit the game anyway.
I really like art and sound Good Job
I loved the graphics and audio but the gameplay was a little weird. It was nice to combine everything and build a character but I would've like a little more action. Great entry though!
Rated!, really different take on the jam so far, also the art reminds me of faceb- I mean Meta, nothing to complain about, all in all it's a great game, Good Job!
also would you kindly help rate mine too? it'd be a huuuge help!, THANKS a LOT!!!

Hi Dave, I like crafting games so I enjoyed trying around the recipes on your game. The artstyle and music are solid and cohesive. In terms of gameplay I will suggest for a future update or for another crafting game you make that you add crafting more materials derivatives from another materials combinations, it would be very fun.
This game is quite addictive and it's fun trying to figure out, what kind of stats everything has.
I like the character designs and how everything fits together nicely and the small dialog snippets of the blacksmith are fun.
Overall a really interesting and relaxing game with pretty graphics. I definitely recommend playing it :D
Absolutely loved the audio and had fun balancing out the player builds. GJ.
The music and the visuals are amazing! Great job, I love it!
I just rated your game, maybe you can do the same on mine ^_^
Good job! The art style, the music and the theme are incredibly consistent, I loved all of them!
Also the main mechanics is intriguing and made me want to discover what incredible combinations I could do... until I discovered there was a complete schema of all of them :P
I encountered some problems with the stats, as they were not updating when I removed items from the six client slots. That made the experimenting a bit difficult, and I had to start over a bunch of times to reset the stats.
However, I can say I really enjoyed the final result, and maybe with a bit of polishing that could be a fantastic game!
Hi Everyone, Sorry for the stinker of Submission. Very rushed.
** Thought I would try and warn people before the try it **
Crafting works by dragging the recourses into the 4 slots, but only works if in correct order. Then Drag the crafted item to your 6 player slots to affect their stats. example ( Leather Gold Gold Gem ) Gold Sword : Attack 50, Armor 0, Magic 50, Weight -15, Speed 30, Accuracy 30. Once all stats are above target level is complete.
Resume Button is linked to quit so escape button would be a better option.
Also crashes the code to calculate stats has many issues so think it is crashing the game.
It could be from playing crafting games but I did understand how to make stuff. Your game design was pretty easy to understand on that point. What I couldn't understand was what the customer wanted or what did some of the icons for the stats meant. I understood defense and attack but what does the star mean for instance? This is a great start though I would love to see this game polished after the jam :
Loved the artstyle and the music !
Unfortunately I did not understand how the game was supposed to be played. A tutorial would be really good as it looks like a great idea.
There is a bug that when you click on resume in the ? tab, just makes you click on Quit instead.
Really hope to see more from this game, keep up the good work !
Thanks for playing or trying to play. sorry for not explaining the game at all & then having a trick resume button that quits the game.
Will be playing yours later, looks fun.
The style is great and the music matches the theme so well! I'm amazed you got this done in a week. It does kinda throw you into it and it took me a good amount of time to figure out what I should do with each customer. If this is an MVP I think a tutorial would be a great help to make it a more enjoyable experience along with the recipe book menu being easier to read. Maybe acting as a book with pages dedicated to each recipe because right now there were too many icons to track at once. Would love to see more to this if you continue to work on the game.
Just a heads up, when I clicked on resume or quit it closed the game.
Hey thanks for playing and the feedback. I know its a mess right now, but at least I know what needs fixing now.
Had you game on my list will get to it today. Thanks
It crashed
Sorry.
Neat visuals !
I didn't really understood what I was supposed to do. I tried crafting stuff for my first customer and filling all the slots but nothing really happended. A tutorial to show you the rope would really help.
