How does you game fit the theme?
My game uses the complex plane, and each point on it has its real component, but it also has its imaginary (not real) component.

Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
Yes, except for the fonts within the game.

Nice game! Like the minimalist design! At first I played only with keyboard, it give a funny way to shoot the enemies! But afer that I reased I can use the mouse to aim! (way easier with that).

Cool concept, great job!

Clever take on a bullet-hell, I liked how it showed the coordinates when you hovered over and that all the bullets were imaginary. That boss had so much health too!

I did have a harder time switching between the line functions, but otherwise played great!

I'm not sure about the theme, I haven't understand "real component" and "imaginary component". There is some levels, but the idée is the same... I think, you can working on it after the jam to make it more fun!

Don't hesitate to try ou epic boss battle :)

I like that you made a lot of different levels with variation in the gameplay. But I think the up- down-movement makes the levels a little bit easy so that the levels don't get harder but longer.

The shooting and the movement felt nice to play with. An issue I had was that the W and S key wouldn't always change the line I was on and it would take a few seconds for it to take effect. Other than that, good job.

Really cool take on the theme, I never would've seen the theme like that! I like the themes of graphing present in the art

Thought basing movement and characters on graphs and functions was really cool as a game design. The enemies seemed to have really high health, changing lines didn't work consistently. Solid concept and game, I thought the idea of the imaginary numbers was a clever nod to the jam theme!

Cool idea. And imaginary number puns? appreciate that!

For constructive feedback, the shot sound got a little repetitive. Have you considered randomising the pitch?

jumping line to line was a good addition to gameplay.

Nice game. I think the difficulty curve could have been steeper, but still good game. :)

Great game. Loved the concept and the art style. Could to with a little more tutoring for the player. Trying to read stuff on the screen, while dodging bullets and firing back doesn't go well together. Meaning, that some tutorial text I just completely missed. Switching between lines, although is a really cool mechanic, does need some work. It was difficult to know where I would go next as pressing 'W', which I've learnt to be forwards/up, would sometimes take me down or to the side. Also, not sure if you can kill the final boss but the second time that I brought the health bar to 0 and nothing happened I gave up. Still, this is just stuff that can be ironed out with a bit more polish.

Thank you for playing!! I'll keep that in the back of my head and work on that once I get back to this. I appreciate your feedback! Also, I'll try your game since it seems interesting.

Thank you, you don't have to play it but I obviously appreciate it if you do. Best of luck with your projects in the future.
