How does you game fit the theme?
My game depicts the fears of life and that they are not real most of the time. You have to face them and not walk around them. It tells how the world of fears and doubts is not real.

Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
I did pretty much the coding myself but I also used some standard assets from the asset store.

Fell through the floor almost straight away and definitely did NOT take that opportunity to walk to edge of the map and jump off.  Also the gun only makes a sound if a bullet hits something rather than fires a bullet which is unique.  But I played it through again and collected 48 gems before finishing.  The enemies are pretty easy to sneak up on and don't seem to pose any real threat.

Overall you have a decent foundation for something, but it needs some work to get fully fleshed out.

Thanks for the feedback, yes we've really got to improve loads of things,
we'll post an improved version after the jam ;)

I like the idea but there were some visual bugs. Sound was so loud too. Moving was a bit restricted when you are rotating the camera. Graphics were okay. Thank you for your work!

we'll try our best to remove the bugs and publish an improved version after the jam, thanks for the feedback ;)

That was fun! I'd recommend shrinking the play area a little bit, or increasing the required gems. I felt torn when I hit 25, I had to decide whether or not to continue playing or go back to the door.

Thanks, sure we'll post an improved version after the jam ;)

I like the graphics and the world. The audio is also fitting. It would be nice if the player moved faster, since the area to explore is quite big and often there is nothing to do other than running.

we'll surely increase the player's speed and will place more obstacles, thanks for the feedback ;)

Nice game! I collected 26/25 gems and returned to the entrance. I guess I beat the game then? I even went to walk on the dunes, but I guess there is nothing there?

Thanks! yes, you beat the game but you had to go to the big locked gate (the one in this pic) ahead of the mines between the two pot fires, it then takes you to the ending cutscene.

Oh... I missed that. I went to that door before I had the gems. I thought it was "get the gems and escape the temple" kind of thing. :)

it's okay, glad you had fun ;)

Hey that was a good game ! You seem to have a lot to tell, maybe you should do a longer story because that was quite interesting :)

Good work !

Thanks!, yes the story was really quite big but we couldn't cover it in a week, so we will publish an improved version after the game jam ;)

Hahaha I see what you did there. All the "enemy" and "obstacles" are not real.

After killing two enemies i realized there are not real...except the land mines.....

Good job :)

The game is good, but lacking some elements like how many gems got or maybe add some ammo to make it more challenging, but overall good job!

nice game. When I get 29 gems and get lost in the desert. I find that I can enter the temple in the opposite wall, which makes me save a lot of time to go back to the finish point XD.

Nice game. Played it :)

I reached the ending! I actually managed to collect 29 gems, which were more than the requirement (25 gems), the low gravity is a nice touch. The enemies felt a bit too easy to defeat, but other than that, this is a really well-made game. I enjoyed it, excellent work!
