How does you game fit the theme?
My game depicts the fears of life and that they are not real most of the time. You have to face them and not walk around them. It tells how the world of fears and doubts is not real.

Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
I did pretty much the coding myself but I also used some standard assets from the asset store.

Thank you!

I finished the game! It was quite fun 👍

The only thing I would change is the difficulty.. maybe not having infinite ammo or a bit more challenging enemies would help!

Good job nevertheless 😉

Very well cured in the details, the arts is neat and enjoyable. Game play is easy to understand and funny. Well done!

Good luck!

The game is pretty good, there are a few things though-

The bullet sound doesn't play when it hits a far away wall, it probably should play when you shoot instead, also you could definitely tune down the bullet sound. Also, the jump felt really floaty, try giving the player a little bit more gravity and decrease the weight. or maybe it is the other way around but that wil make the jump feel less or more floaty. Also, the enemies didn't really feel threatening because i could just one hit them without them even getting close, and killing the enemies didn't really feel too impactful because they just disappeared.

Anyhow, that is a lot of negative things, but that was not my intention. Good stuff, needs a bit of improvement but is fun nevertheless.

Neat concept. I wish there was limited ammo to give a lil more of a challenge

The game is great, but there are bugs. 1) I could climb walls. 2) The sound did not play until the end of the animation.

I finished the game and I think there's a couple of things I didn't like, I looked at some of the other comments and I don't want to sound repetitive so I'll avoid the ones I've seen already discussed.

The enemies can be shot from way too far and if you shoot at them they just stay still, so the game is too easy and there's no real challenge.

Some parts of the level are broken, I don't know how to explain were it is properly, but from outside, in the desert you can just come in through a wall to the main hall where there's the door.

I found the music not really fitting and in general not that good.

Great game, here are some things that would make the game more fun: The movement feels pretty slow. It would be good if running would actually feel fast. The gun needs a reload time. Its way too easy to kill the enemies. Also it would be better if the bullet hits would have a better impact on hit, or even a bit more visible than just a tiny smoke.

Anyways, well done in seven days! :)

imo the game is really rough

For a horror game, it's not scary or atmospheric at all and overall there are some pretty big issues: The level is fairly empty (especially with the movement, I liked the jump physics tho) and everything looks the same, the shooting isn't responsive at all and way too loud compared to the rest of the game, and apart from a few lines of text, I just didn't see the theme here (you work through fears and doubts by shooting them?)

this looks waaaaay better than my game

Cool game! Very ambitious! Rated!

There are plenty of things to improve on, but for having only 7 days, well done, and keep up.

I liked the theme, it kind of reminded me of a game called "Clive Baker's Jericho"

And just like that game, the theme and story  are very nice, but the gameplay design needs a little bit of work.

But still... Great job! I liked your game. It felt like it was made with much love. I hope you only get better and better!

i like the game vibes and shooting part is fun, but the jump feels a bit floaty for me

I had fun playing your game! Good job in the jam :)

Good Game, and Scary!!!!

Neat game, just really simple. Not much to do other than walk and shoot. Good work on it though!

I enjoyed playing this!! It's a pretty chill game, I found it kinda relaxing just walking around the map and collecting the gems. one small thing, the cursor was not visible in the main menu after finishing the game, so I wasn't able to navigate through it. But I think it was a solid game considering the time given to make it!! Rly great job ^^b

The shooting feels very nice and fun. However it's kinda weird to go from the main menu background of an ancient temple to futuristic rifles and zombies. The jump also doesn't work outside the temple, but other than that I had a blast.

Im confused if the traps/enemies were not supposed to the damage you because the mines at the beginning were very real.

Other than that the camera manipulation when running and zooming was nice and the shooting mechanic was okay too. So Id say good job on the coding part. Good job
