How does you game fit the theme?
There are floating cubes that are used to grapple the rope when jumping to another building, but not all cubes are real and not all real cubes are visible, it requires you to activate the pressure plates that are on top of some buildings to make the real cubes visible.

Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
I wrote the logic of the game by myself but used fragments of code from youtube tutorials as compliment to enhance the interaction and functionality, also I used assets available from Unity Asset Store and SFX from zapsplat.

Refreshing drum track nice!

That was a really interesting mechanic, can you maybe link me the youtube tutorial?

Anyways this has potential maybe for further development, definitely can be improved but the base is there!

I feel like it would feel better if you could throw the grapple even if you don´t hit anything. Besides that I loved the game, I really like parkour games and this makes you feel that speed and precision in your movements

Really fun swing mechanics one thing I will say though is I don't think the players should be able to grab onto the side of buildings I found that if I built up enough momentum I'll be able to get on top of them completely ignoring the actual blocks

Main mechanic feels good to play, sometimes camera isn't so responsive but it's still a pretty good job. Congrats on a nice entry, cheers ;)

I like the idea and the graphics! Nice game bro :D!

it is difficult to immediately learn how to use a grappling hook and have time to pass the levels. but as soon as it starts to work out, the game becomes fun

It's a fun game, I like the grappling hook mechanic. The music was good as well. Like others have said, it is a bit hard to aim, but I enjoyed playing it.  I think this game has potentials!! Good job ^^b

Hi Darwin, first of all congrats on your submission. I can see how this can scale to a full succesful game with further development. The idea is there and I feel it has a lot of charm. I would first keep testing the physics of the game and the mechanics of the grappling hook (the main core feature of the game) until it is really polished and feel very enjoyable. Keep it up making reality great ideas!

Thanks!

Grappling hook gimmik was hard to get used at first, and I was confused about what I had to do until I saw blue cube behind, but it was pretty fun once I got hang on it. It would be better if the game had a better step-by-step tutorial instead of a wall of text. Good job regardless :)

I would like if you leave something that you don't like so i can fix it :)

Interesting game! The platforming aspect was a pleasant surprise since it's very similar to my game. AIl in all, I played about four levels, and have a bit of feedback for you:

1) The movement is clunky, and at times extremely slippery- I also get the feeling the game isn't compensating the movement speed for the frame rate, which, especially in the browser version, often leads to some wild results lol

2) Building on the first point, the frame rate in the browser version (i.e the only build available) is not very good, which further adds to the feeling of clunkiness

3) The puzzles all seem very similar in nature- find the blue cube, go to a building, push the box onto the button, repeat until all blue cubs are visited, then make way to the main building... and so on and so forth.

Overall, it's a promising idea, and I think with the right polish and puzzles it could be a really fun game. Good job!

Love the swinging mechanics. You can really feel the tension building as you are swinging mid path. Not an easy game tbh XD

Submitted

Love the grapple mechanic! Maybe give the player a mid-air jump so they can adjust themselves better after a grapple, it was too easy to fall a little and not be able to gain more height.

Swinging was super fun! Quite hard to master it but super nice feel. Good job!!

Likes:

-I love swinging/parkour type of games like this. It is fun and quite interractive.

-Mixing parkour and puzzle is fun! Puzzles are not t hat hard too. For me its perfect lol

dislikes:

-I wasn't fun of the BGM and it wasn't a repetetive loop. Ending was not connected to beginning.

-A simple UI  in game for a tutorial ? Like it is not too big but I forget quiet fast so :D would be awesome to mute the game or smth but its a jam! so whatever!

Other than that I felt like investing more of my time into this game.

I am glad that you like it! Later i am going to fix some issues

Thank you I hope you get to try mine and hear your opinions! I shared some of the known bugs there already! Its upsetting tho I couldn't bring a bugless game

Swinging worked great! It's quite easy to tell that some cubes aren't real so they don't add much to the challenge. But the swinging was awesome!

Thanks for the reply! I am glad that you like it

Wish the cubes were bigger for ease of aiming. but otherwise, I really liked it. Swinging was really fun.

I love grappling hooks. I really struggled to get it to work on the cube to the side. Controls could use some polish and be more forgiving.

It was fun to play! The grappling hook is great idea, though aiming was a bit challenging sometimes. Good job overall :)
