How does you game fit the theme?
As you play the shoemaker..."you're not alone" as these elves are not here to help make shoes.
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
All programming, art, development done by me. Only outside asset is paid for sound/music.

Great job, I saw your devlog on the new pirate game you're working on which lead me here. Love the atmosphere!
realy cool and beatifull game. i especialy love the graphics and how the charactes are designed. wish there was a tutorial in the begining because is had no idea what i was doing. but overall it was a very fun and cool game. would recommend!
I liked the game so much I had fun playing it, however, it would be so helpful if you have put any kind of tutorials in the game, I'll appreciate it if you play my game and give me feedback :
Nice job. please rate me too
nice job but it would be better if you put a tutorial or at least button meaning. I lit up the candles with right mouse button
Pretty nice survival game! Had some good difficulty progression and was fun to juggle between doing shoes and candles. Audio and visuals are nice and compliment the game nicely. Struggled a bit with figuring out what to do as the action buttons weren't very intuitive though. The label you've got on screen to describe the actions is the same as the buttons on the main menu which makes it seem like they're clickable
Nice job there :)
Love the motif! I like the old man doing the double jump, it's a bit funny.
Very good idea, music, graphics on the level, I like it.
Had fun with this game!
+Art was really good, premise/concept felt very intriguing.
-I had a hard time figuring out what to do at the start though. This could really have used alot more onboarding features i.e. button prompts, sign posts on what to do at the start / main objective in game.
Overall though, good stuff!
Really good game, loved it, recommended!
+ Just loved the concept of the shoemaker and the graphics, how it is not the usual "not alone" interpretation however the atmosphere totally gives you the not alone feeling :)
- I needed some time to figure out at the beginning what to do with which controls, but maybe that was intentional and part of the adventure.
Hi, really loved the graphics, especially the grandpa model. Had a lot of fun playing it!
I drew him first for a concept and new it was a go :)
Really fun and cool resource management game.
Pros: interesting concept and use of the theme, fun gameplay loop, cool visuals, great take on an old tale
Cons: a couple of the SFX are cheasy but that could be intentional, it's a bit unclear what you're supposed to be doing at first, it's a bit too long for how repetative the gameplay is and I ended up quitting after my second death.
Thanks for the feedback especially the cons, that helps.
Excellent concept and art style!
From a design standpoint, this game stands out to me as both well-executed in gameplay and in concept/theme. It looks and feels great!
More so, it feels super polished -- props to the design team for making the game seem like it's been in production for longer than x1 week.
I look forward to updates and future projects!
Thanks, its just me over here :)
I love how you interpreted the theme! Do you mind rating my game when you get the chance?
Thanks! for sure I will check it out
Cool UI, loved the lighting aswell! Only problem was unsure of what to do some of the time
Amazing game!! Would recommend, Would play again!!!
To kind, TY!
Interesting! Really neat idea. I did get a bit confused on what I had to do so maybe could make it a little clearer. Good job
Ya I wanted to put in some details/directions but just didn't get to it. Thanks for playing!!!
A neat twist on the theme, I was confused at first but eventually got the hang of it, great work.
Thanks for playing!!
