It's a cool concept for a game, and good job on finishing and submitting. As people here have said with more time this can be further developed to a nice, polished experience. 

for a quick feedback I'd suggest enlarging the text a bit, as it was hard to see, and enable closing it with the keyboard, as switching between keyboard and mouse felt a little bit off.

Tbh i like the art style it's like the good kind of bad, if you can flush out the gameplay it could be a fun Meme kind of experience. Also i thought i was talking to the flower at first, i think if the flower told you how to make him happy it would be more personal :)

Your game looks so awesome! I really like the art style  . Also the concept was cool. However this is a good game but in the future for more projects or jams I think you should improve the collision by making it more responsive with the visuals. Don't get me wrong this is a great game and a super cool submission. If you feel like helping out you could play my game or view other submissions from the low rating category. Its totally up to you and keep up the excellent game development.

I enjoy the idea and premise, im sure with more time there could have been more. The collisions with the player seem a little off from the actual visual collider but, for a beginner this isn't bad! I enjoyed the music.
