How does you game fit the theme?
In this game, you find a partner who's also lost in the dungeon with you. Instead of just going through the platformer yourself, you are now attached to a character that you have to guide through the dungeon using a rope. You are no longer alone, and have to dedicate your time to helping someone else get through with you. There are also eyes/entities watching you, and have to hide from them.
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
Yes, all my teammates and I created our art, code, and audio ourselves from scratch for this jam.

Art was very appealing, audio was appropriate; The jumping while attached feels finicky though. Overall, good work! Please also check out my game :)
Quite nice, the graphics are decent, and the mechanics work nicely. The music gaining more layers as you progress is a very nice touch.
Admittedly it was a bit awkward at first cuz i was using WASD and had to hold Z to pull the companion closer but then realised i can use arrow keys. Also the lack of any sort of death animation on contact with spikes is a bit jarring but eh.
Overall quite a good job!
We were hoping to add a jump scare or efefct for the deaths, maybe we'll get the chance to work on that in the future! If you have a combination of keys that you think would work better let us know, otherwise we'd like to try to add the option to customize the controls if we have time later on

Cute art style, chilling audio and music, great puzzles and game mechanic. All these things blend together to make an experience that greatly satisfy the theme. I never tought I would care so much for some bun buns. Well done, altough I was very sad when i pressed 'Esc' and the game simply closed.
So sorry about that TwT perhaps we'll add an actual menu in the future. Thank you for caring about our bun buns :) <3

Wow! This game was so fun!I genuinely felt panic when the eyes were about to open and I would just run for dear life. The art, music and sound effects all work together to make this game so atmospheric.Great job to all who worked this game!

This was an experience. A pretty good one. I really like the mechanics and the art style of the game. The creepy music that plays when the eyes open is, well, creepy. The characters are so cute, in contrast to the eyes xD.

Excellent polished graphics, with a very nice artstyle and oppressive atmosphere. Innovative gameplay concept that you could definitely expand on past the jam. A great jamgame that you should be proud of.

Fun, fun, fun!
Aside from the excellent character design and artwork that deserve recognition, the background graphics blend super well and honestly just look super polished. Great job!
More so, I appreciated the seamless instructional gameplay that feeds into the player's understanding of how to correctly pick up, learn, and immediately enjoy the game mechanics. The game loop itself is super fun and also tense and nerve-wracking -- that's not an easy balance to pull off. Kudos!
Overall, this game just has so much going for it out of the gate. I look forward to future projects from this team!

I liked the art and gameplay for this! adding the eyes was a great touch, it was kinda scary trying to avoid them! My only nitpick is that I really wish the touch the bunny was holding emitted light! But that's so minor. :) Great job!
There is technically a light source emitting directly from the torch, but its huge so its impossible to tell TwT whoops ! We'll try to modify that after the judging, but thanks for playing our game! <3

Really great! Mechanics are awesome, a lot of them actually. Animations also are so nice.
I really liked the fear factor the eyes and its sound effects made together.
Really well done! I loved the scary atmosphere and how the music slowly got more ominous once the eyes were about to show! Never actually got caught by the eyes and don't really wanna find out what happens haha. Great characters as well. Really good job!

Really cool game. I couldn't finish it though, couldn't get past where you need to mission impossible swing her across the spikes. I really liked the checkpoint system made some of the parts easier and soothed some of the frustration :P
Ahh Im sorry :( There was a mechanic that was supposed to aid you in the last few levels we had to cut last minute. Hopefully we can fix it afterward to mitigate the frustration. We appreciate you checking out our game!

The only thing that I would point out is that "Z" is in such a weird spot on the keyboard that I counldn't press it properly while jumping and stuff
