Pretty solid entry. I enjoyed the simple puzzle elements, and the music, which appeared to be original. Nice work!

Cool game!

I managed to extract the file by using an online converter, so here is the feeback :D

Quite a nice game, though I think it lacks in some polish and juice. Some of the controls could feel better and you could've added some particle systems, etc

Another problem I had was that also most of the art seems to be blurry, maybe fix that. But apart from that, this game had a quite nice atmosphere and some nice levels, good job!

The thing is this is one of our very first games so we don't really know much about the tile filters to prevent it from being blurry, thank you for playing the game tho  :D

DUDE this is legit the most engaging game I've played this jam. Such an immersive game man. The level design, the music, the mechanic, dude this game deserves so much more ratings.
Well done dude this game is sooooooooooooo goood.

Really loved the concept of the game! Super atmospheric - the art and the music went together well.

I'd suggest two things 1) the controls were awfully floaty which made the movement much harder. 2) I didn't realize there was a button I needed to know for poison until I was on the level that required it. I tried to find the controls on the itch page, but it was only in-game. When I went back to the menu to find out about the controls, the game resets. Either list your controls outside the game or make it so you can read the controls while in any level.

Great work!

Developer

But the game has a continue button, so it doesn't really reset when you go to the main menu, anyway I

 hope you enjoyed it

Ah! I didn't notice that. Thanks for correcting me.

I love the concept of this game, the puzzles are so creative and fun. I noticed that some of the pixelart looked unsharp (I only know this happens in unity when using the wrong filter on import settings), but overall I really liked the animations and graphics. This game is surely one of the most creative games I have played in this jam so far!

I loved the graphics and the sound effects, also the introduction animation with story and so.

However, I actually didn't manage to find how to get over the first spikes ground, as jumping over the bricks didn't work and I found no other input control or trick to move ahead. I just kept falling on the spikes and dying. If that was the intention, ok, but that's not fun :D

Anyways, given the graphics and audio, I guess it's a good achievement for 1 week work :)

this is a puzzle game so being stuck in a level is a normal thing the idea of the game is that you will use your dead body to help you out of the place you are trapped in I think what you are facing is normal the fun part of the game is solving the puzzle

Developer(+1)

you have to try the game again then, you're supposed to die 😂😂 and then jump over your dead body

In some levels you will have a poison to kill yourself without spikes

a-ha! I like that! I gonna play it again :) thanks for the hint

Great color palette and use of music!

Nice execution of the concept. Making the different buttons and platforms look different would have helped with clarity. Really good choice of music, really sets the tone well.

Very nice game, you can skip the last level by just going to the door : D. The graphics were kinda a bit too blurry and I think the game was a bit too repetitive but overall great game ^^

Nice puzzle game! Love the idea with this theme. Animations and pixel art were super smooth, kinda like prince of persia. The puzzles were fine, the backtracking was a little boring, but the levels were short enough for that to not be a problem.

Great work!!

Really well thought game. Levels were not too hard nor too easy. Liked the audio and graphics too. Only thing that can be changed is the buttons I think. They looked alike.

Nice game, the music gave me chills. I also got dead cells vibes at the beginning. The main mechanic of the game is interesting, when you die you become another corpse while your old corpse is still there. I wish there were infinite amount of respawn but it would have probably changed the game. It really got the theme right.
