I was just curious if your score is based on the average of the ratings? Does a game with more than 20 ratings have a higher chance of ranking better.

The games ar ejudged by the average ratings. Sometimes it's better to have more ratings, sometimes worse, but the more, the more accurat eyour rating is :D

Great, good to know! :)

Can we actually see the ratings from each people on our own game? And how can they prevent people from randomly giving 1 stars to games?

I don't believe there's anyway to prevent people from giving 1 stars sadly. And I don't believe you can see who rated your game and what score they gave as all this is anonymous. Hope that helps!

To make the jam more fair, it's better that as many people plays and rates the games as possible. In many jams it's a rule that you need at least 20 rating to get a final score.

The more ratings you get - more fair that score is.

I think that all this RATING system is just meh... People are asking for RATE 4 RATE, spaming their games and making a fast review. Even I did so.

I even created a whole topic, where I just help people to get some rating.

This is just not as good as if the JAM HOST would play most popular games and decide BY HIS OWN, whith his pro opinion.

Mostly good due to the publicity they earned and constant review by rate 4 rate users that never try the game
