The visuals in this game are amazing. I love the dash move, but unfortunately I couldn't get far because it's very punishing. The bullets come too quickly after spawning and I just have no time to react... maybe I'm just bad haha
The controls feel nice though. Which some adjustments this could be awesome! :)
So the 1.0 version is the hard, fast mode ... I'm playing the 1.1 version, currently trying to deal with the 3rd boss. It's effectively shorter than it seems due to the easy middle part yet I've not beaten it yet.
The game is cool, the soundtrack is very nice and the visuals fits the soundtrack, the package is coherent, gameplay feels good and difficulty is right one point, well done.
I like the minimalist art style and the shifting music. I wasn't able to get very far as the challenge ramped up fairly quickly.
So, if you encounter certain errors in the game, then I ask you to look into the comments on the page of the game itself (not the voting page). There you can find a link to the version with some bugfixes found at the time of writing this comment. Yes, it's not nice of me to make you climb back and forth to play this game, but unfortunately I'm too dumb to do everything well the first time. I apologize for this.
I like the colorful design of the game, and the soundtracks. Gameplay wise I would suggest having a bit less bullets so its easier to dodge them. The first wave of bullets that spawns on the map during the first boss fight for, example, could have a visual indication on the bullets about to spawn before the bullets spawn on the map. This way the player doesn't get damaged by being on the wrong spot of the map at the wrong time.
Nice!
