Interesting game, but with some problems:
The core gameplay is very fun, but reloading seems to be inconsistent like others have stated, and I think the game could do with more "juice" as killing enemies just isn't that satisfying, and you get very little feedback from taking damage. Weapons feel a bit unbalanced as well, and the shotgun seems to not fire as a shotgun would and works more like a pistol.The audio sounds pretty bad, and is way too loud: the AK-47 sounds very weird as well, and some weapons were incredibly loud. The visuals were neat, and the theme was fine.
Nice work with the basic gameplay. The sfx were way too loud I also couldn’t figure out if reload just had a delay or if it wasn’t working. i’d mash it like 10-15 times before it worked. Nice work!
I'd definitely consider either lowering the volume or giving players the option to do so! It was super loud haha.
Gameplay-wise, it was fun, but I felt like sometimes it ignored my input, especially when reloading.
I like the simple neon aesthetic! I'd recommend making the weapons feel more responsive though, as it was difficult to tell when the refresh would allow me to shoot again, so a lot of clicks just didn't have any feedback. But nice start!
Overall fun, altough i would love to have better sounds :)
Pretty fun game, every weapon you can use is unique enough for replayability to be high
