I really like the core mechanic here and it's a great interpretation of the theme. It forces you to not spam one type of attack and to consider which attack is best for what enemy type and what order you should engage them in. Nicely done! :)
Thanks! Happy you liked it!
Digital Abyss was a wonderful bullet hell that took a unique spin on consequences through its clever firing/weapons mechanics. I really enjoyed how smooth the gameplay was and how easy the controls were. While I did encounter a few issues as stated would occur via browser, I was able to still enjoy the game. I progressed to Level 2 but died after making it to the third room. Overall, super solid game! Nice variety in enemies and bullet patterns. I could dare say that the difficulty could be even higher! Well done.
Thank you so much! Thanks for playing and glad you enjoyed!
Smooth gameplay feeling! Very engaging. I liked the idea of Meele/Ranged attacks pretty much.
Thanks!
The mechanic for ranged and melee gauges refilling each other was really fun! It made you think of which enemies should be taken on first and adjusting your approach mid combat as one combat gauge depleats. Great take on the jam theme!
Thanks a lot! happy you enjoyed!
5/5, one of the best submissions I've played so far!
So simple mechanic but still so engaging.
Had a really hard time putting it down to write this comment. I just wanted to get a litle bit further... XD
Great job!
Thank you! I'm glad you liked it!
Whoa that hexagons attack got my by total surprison on my third playthrough (good job getting so many retry's). I enjoyed it was agreat game and well balanced and certainly bought some fun challenge. I especially liked you could move rooms once cleared as you choose allowing you to take breathers as needed - good design.
Thank you!
Nice game. Of course, props for Godot. :D The combination of loading meele and shots and vice versa - great.
When I pressed against the upper wall and hit W and e.g. A, a collision blocked me -> I managed to catch it by accident.
Very nice!
Thank you very much! I'm glad you enjoyed!
