Really good game. I did rage quit though.
oh and I wish there were more alternate buttons for actions. Hitting O to let go of a balloon felt really unnatural.
had a bit of lag in the first two levels (tried on 2 different browsers, got the same results), but once i got past those the game worked just fine! i really love the balloon mechanics, i'm absolutely not making it to the end but i enjoyed what i managed to play lol ^^ lovely art and level design too!!
This game sucked me in for about an hour or two. I am fuming that I can't beat the final level (after 30 minutes I have just given up). This fuels the difficult platformer player in me and I enjoyed it immensely
Graphics are nice and I like the mechanics here, but I find the controls cumbersome. Why the need to a separate button for letting go of the balloon? I thought it would have been better to have the little devil let go of the balloon when you stop pressing space, feels more intuitive to me. Levels desing is nice and I like how you introduce the mechanics gradually in the first few levels.
thanks for the feedback! i like the idea of letting go of a balloon when you let go of space but im not really sure how that would work when there's multiple balloons?
Oh, I didn’t think of that. That’s trickier. Maybe pressing space consecutively after releasing for the first time lets go of the other balloons? Personally, I found having to press a different key confusing (because of how hover mechanics usually work in games, my instinct was always to just let go of the space key) so that might work.
i watched my partner play this for 20 minutes, he got frustrated at the last level. It was very funny watching him die over and over. 5 out of 5
Difficulty is certainly worthy of the title. I thought the three balloon timer room was the last one because of how cruel the timer was, but the game still kept going after, and I ended up quitting at the second cannon room. I wish adding balloons was a seperate button from jump, like "P" to add and "O" to remove. rapidly mashing space bar to barely meet the timer requirements was quite tough. Great visuals, and the balloon mechanic is interesting!

i did want the game to be hard, especially the final level, but also yes
nice game! a tad bit too difficult but I liked the art and level design
