Very satisfying to play, however the lack of sounds and the difficulty curve to get to level 3 upgrades definitely hurt the game. Overall a very good idea that just needs a bit more polish and balancing.

I did not totally  understand the game. However, the minimalist and intriguing beginning is a positive aspect of the game. It's a shame that the game was not fully developed during the 7 days of the Jam, as it has the potential to be a more engaging game. Overall, the game has an interesting beginning, but the lack of development is a downside that keeps the game from being fully enjoyable.

This is a very inspirational game, I always have a habit of trying to make something two years ahead of my ability and the simplicity of this is incredible considering that so far it is the first game I've played form the submissions where I had to stop myself from playing instead of eventually losing interest.

I feel like there's a mystery element missing as there's not much reason given for why I should keep going (eg. an indicator of potential upgrades instead of having them just appear), but overall I adored the rain of items mechanic. It's genuinely addictive and reminds me of the kind of thing I would have probably paid full price for on an Amiga or ZX Spectrum when I was too young to have had any money.

Thank you for the feedback! I added some mystery with new portals appearing with no image on them once you buy a new one but I agree that upgrades should have been introduced the same way instead of just popping out for no apparent reason.

The graphics is simple, but the gameplay is nice.

I like the use of different tiers of pickable item as currency to the next tier, and the number of item spawn depended on their level. Pretty cool idea.

But the process is a bit too slow after the third tier, and it could be better is there are sound.

Also the autopicker hand at the bottom will stuck at the left corner for some reason, maybe its a bug?

Anyways, nice game!

I will look into the hand getting stuck, thank you for the feedback. Third tier is definitely too slow. I intended there to always be some goal in closer distance for the player to strive to but sadly I ran out of time to implement new upgrades. I hate when clicker games don't give you anything to do so I tried to avoid that.

Pretty good idea.  I do find it a little comical that most of the game doesn't actually require clicking.

Developer

That was intentional! I get tired of clicking in clicker games so I decided to make something that still lets the player to engage (active play) but not be annoyed by it.

Cool idea for a clicker game mixed with the newer types of merger games, some sound would be nice as well as a stronger connection to the theme.

Developer

Thanks for the feedback! I had just one day left to make the game so I couldn't squeeze sound but I want to do an update once voting ends.
