I felt it pretty creatively used the theme. I hope it wins best theme adherance!

Poison hunt was a great one!

I've only just started going through some.  After a long week trying to make a game I decided on having a quiet day of not thinking too much.  I will be back later in the week with an opinion when I've played more games.

Blood and Poison is probably my favorite game out of all submissions

In terms of visuals and theme alone, the games ‘Ricina: The Alchemist’ and ‘Bottled Death’ are my favourites.

From a gameplay point of view, I really liked ‘Chaos Gremlin’.

I really liked Gas Leak , It acctualy felt like a real game like : Subnautica and many more!

It's hard to pick just one, but I'll say Taster as my favorite so far

So far I've only played about 20 games, but the one that has stood out the most to me so far is Infested.  While not directly following the theme it has an interesting story and twist that made it enjoyable to play.

Another one for the list that has an interesting set of mechanics is "Cabin Fever".

There's only 1 level and the graphics are not really refined, but the primary mechanic to heal your patient is well thought out and works differently to how you might expect.
