Yup! I always rate the games then place a comment :D

Lol thanks for giving the game a play! Hope you liked the visuals at least :p

A cute little game! The visuals were pretty nice too and I love the little visual cues as to where an enemy would spawn in next. Good job!

A very thoughtful game, the visuals were really good! Really felt the nausea set.. in~~

I liked the simple minigames, they were well though out! A simple and nice experience

A neat game! Though as others have mentioned the resolution definitely has some scaling issues which hides a lot of the game. It was a good concept though!

A decent game! I like how he isn't stationary and moves to the closest candy. Not bad!

A great fast game! I think the screen may feel a little too zoomed in though, but it was a great concept overall!

An interesting little game. Not too shabby! Nice!

A simple fast paced speedrun game, quite enjoyable! Great job on the game

A simple little game! It was decent enough, great job!

A simple but nice game! Card concepts were decent for gameplay and the controls didn't feel too bad to use!

A decent game! Only feedback I'd have is to maybe give more cues as to whether you're going to hit an enemy or for when your gun runs out of ammo, cause it gives the same sound cue so it gets confusing. Good job on the game though!

Loved the pixelated artstyle! controls were also decent and the potion ability concepts were very good! Great experience!

Very nice game! The art and gameplay were intriguing. Just that sometimes the trajectory of the potions was a little confusing cause they could move down but then back up.

Overall however it was a good game!

A simple but nice game! The sound effects and visuals were good. Good job!

The game was a bit of a learning curve at first without much of a tutorial but overall it was a pleasant experience! Really loved the visuals of the game and the little molecule minigame

I really liked all the art in the game! Very well made and everything was quite smooth to control too, great job!

The game was great! Sure the assets weren't made during the jam but you did manage to put them together to be coherent with eachother. Overall the movement is a bit slow though and the cooldown on the stealth is a bit too long. But great job on the game regardless!

Great job on your first game jam! The visuals were pretty good and controls weren't too janky.  I think with sound it would've been an immersive experience! Only feedback i have is that the guns were mildly unbalanced, like I didn't even need the slow motion at all. But at the same time the enemies being at the level start was also kinda annoying cause you keep dying before getting the items. Still great job though!

Loved the concept of dying to have more platforms! Visuals were also great, nice job!

I liked the visuals, great job on making a game!

Well im quite happy with my art given it was my first time trying out pixel art for real.

(1 edit)

Yeah! I made everything during the jam, technically I only had like 4 days of jamming though due to taking 3 days off for finals exams. You can tell that there was crunch time due to some systems lacking a bit lol. Anyways hope you liked the game!

Haha, thanks for playing the game, hope it was appealing!

Yeah it's my first jam! Actually the scope woulda been fine but had my final highschool exams for the first three days so it cut em short. Regardless i learnt a lot throughout the jam that I'm proud of :) Technically not my first rodeo with game dev, been deving but only on mobile for 4 years, only got first laptop a week before the jam started. Anyways have fun with the rest of the jam games!

Thanks for the kind words! Really hope it wasn't too unguided due to the lack of more helpful hints, couldn't get them out in time! Hope you e joyed though :D

Thanks for a giving it a try! Nah its not a you problem, I mildly ran outta time to make the game nore obvious and easier lol. Basically you go around to find items then bring them back to the stump to craft an antidote from 3 unique items, the hints for the items are given by clicking on the 3 ailment buttons in top right. Anyways hope you liked the visuals at least :) Learned to not overscope, first game jam syndrome lol

Ps. Loved your game! It's my favourite submission so far

Thanks for giving it a try! Yeah unfortunately couldn't develop a map in time. Only managed to give hints by pressing on the ailment buttons. Overscoping :< Still hope you liked the visuals though at least!

Thanks for the kind words, hope you liked the visuals!

Looked like a nice game! However it seemed to bug out on the first level transition though. player just kinda disappeared

Absolutely insane well-made game!. The retro computer style was great! All the minigames were also fleshed out and their mechanics were super cool, I loved the use of window popups as tutorials and hinderances. Overall one of the best jam games I've played yet!

A very interesting game! Loved the style of it and the simple and short story! Visuals were also really good for a jam game with both the mix of 3D and @D gameplay. Very great game!

A simple lil sidescroller game! The visuals and animations were great! Not bad at all!

Loved the artifact for healing! though sometimes it does feel like going through the poison gas is forced without anyway to avoid, seems like its intended though.

Anyways visuals were great too!, the only small gripe i have is to maybe have a parallax background to separate it more from the world. Overall though great job!

Thanks for trying it out! Hope you enjoyed :3

I'm not particularly sure if it's just a niche issue on my end, but when moving around sometimes using the mouse input to jump or turn cancels out keyboard input and vice versa, like if i move forward with keyboard the mouse sometimes refuses to give input for turning or launching the jump, this issue doesn't seem to be happening with any other jam games so far, could just be a very niche issue with how the input is handled, not too sure, goodluck :D

I like the simple graphics and the gameplay, while it has some mild flaws, it wasn't too bad! Mostly just the animals moving around too much but its a decent game!

Though the use of AI definitely did cut down the appeal a bit, it's more so just due to the inconsistency of the art cause AI obviously has that "AI style" but the rest of the game is your own work, I suggest using your own art next time especially when it's something as big as a thumbnail which acts as the first impression :D
Still a great job though on completing a game!

I'm pretty sure most of the game was modeled after Brackey's video, cause I've used the tutorial before too :> But regardless, you managed to make a game and that's all that matters! Game was pretty decent and while it didn't fit the theme as much, it was still a good try! Be proud of yourself :D

The visuals are cool but the lack of any sorta transitions is really jarring. You're basically immediately plopped down into a boss battle. Still very cool though!
