the camera is a bit weird, it's hard to tell how the character moves. I liked the particle and sound effects

As others have said, the camera control is a bit hinky, but smooth player/camera controls are a lot harder to implement in 3D than they first seem! I liked the use of the skybox and sound effects - it really makes it feel like you're gonna fall into the void if you aren't careful.

The concept is neat for this game, but the camera moving with each movement was messing with me a little. I got to the ring, and while the sound is neat, it is super loud. Great work!

This was really nice, just some issues with the camera and player movement (when I go left it also goes forward, not sure if you guys wanted that as well), but I like the difficulty and the clear directions.

It took me a minute to get a hang of the camera system, but a pretty good platformer after that.  The jumps are spaced just so to make it super precise.

I liked it! making a plataformer in 3D is a nice twist. I would have liked if you guys didn´t allow the mouse rotation from the beginning to make it clearer but nice job!

I lost 😢

But sound effects are awesome!

Good job! 48 hours is not alot of time to make a game so congrats on finishing it.

One note/tip, take it or leave it :) For 3d, third person, platforming like this placing the camera a bit further back, and a bit higher up helps the player get a better idea of their surrounding.

Developer

yes agreed. The script for the camera combined with the controls is not ideal. Also the jump was supposed to allow double jump but there was a bug that I couldn't fix in time. I guess next time I will use the new input system with the Cinemachine controller

Same issue with the forward movement, and the duration is too short I suppose. Might be my fault for not figuring out the control though.

keep the view behind the player in central position, don't use the mouse but just the arrows and go quick to the end... the time is just enough :)

i think there is an error with the controls, ecery time i wanted to go foward the character rotated

Developer

try to not move the mouse or if you move the mouse put it back the player in central position before keep moving. The way I play it is only with arrows and space to jump
